為大家避雷的酒店,中國人不騙中國人。停車費39刀一天,見附圖,不知道評論區停車免費是什麼操作。酒店服務員Chris的態度也是非常陰陽。well you know,我們停車就是很貴,你有錢就停沒有就停路邊。酒店的設施老舊,晚上睡覺,衞生間的排氣扇(不能關),房間的冰箱,空調,一整個大型管絃器樂演奏現場。酒店隔音特別差,外面的聲音都一清二楚,車流聲,飛機飛過的聲音,停車的聲,聲聲入耳。大堂到房間大概要走500米,打開窗户就是停車場(海景房夢破碎)。
Great place, perfect location. Something for everyone: kids, couples, outdoor enthusiasts and sun lovers. We took advantage of the jet ski rentals and had a great time! Join the Envoy club and enjoy free bike rentals, smore kits as well as other advantages. Employees were extremely helpful, friendly as well as professional. Definitely will stay here again
訪訪客It used to be a Comfort Inn that we have always stayed at for over 10 years but now a Best Western. Very nice upgrades, great and friendly staff, love the location, A good place to stay. Close to downtown, Old Town, Zoo, and 5 minutes to the beach and shopping and golf just 5 minutes away also.
I booked this hotel for 5 days through Priceline. When I checked in, I asked for a first floor room because I have a heavy bag and did not want to carry it up the stairs because I did not see an elevator. When I got in the room, the whole room was very filthy. The ceiling in the bedroom area had mold approximately two feet diameter. I checked the bathroom and the ceiling was molded also approximately a foot in diameter. The whole room was just filthy. I went back to the front desk and told the person working that the room she gave me was filthy. She gave me an attitude telling me, “Well, you’re the one who wanted the first floor!” Apparently, it’s my fault for asking for a room on the first floor and that it had mold. So, she gave me the second floor room. Since it’s the second floor, there’s no third floor, there was no mold on the ceiling. It was a little late and I just decided to stay. In the middle of the night, I saw a couple of roaches in the bathroom area. I ignored it because it’s was too late to find another hotel and I used my money for Knights Inn. The next day, I was out and about so I wasn’t in the room all day. I got back, I saw roaches again. Then I got curious and checked the pillows. I removed the pillow cases and the pillows are yellowish brown from not being washed and dried out bodily fluids or whatever it was. Since it was late, I have decided that I will check out the next morning and just ask for the refund for the rest of the days I won’t be staying. The next day, I asked to check out and told the person why I’m checking out early. It’s the same person who gave me the attitude the day I checked in. I asked to get a refund but she refused and told me I had to get it from the third party where I reserved it from. I told them that I called Priceline and that Priceline told me that they have to refund it to me since the money was already given to them. She told me she can’t do anything. I am currently reporting them to State Health Services and reporting them to their company. The hotel is a health hazard. Do not stay.
