房間不錯，前台服務態度良好，有早餐，停車費5元，算比較良心的價格了。附近有in and out漢堡，有outfit

The place is tucked away about 1 1/2 miles from the pier and beach. Nice and quiet area up on the hill. Staff great and a good breakfast setup. Will be back, soon.

The property seems well maintained. Felt safe, and tucked away. Conveniently located near many great local restaurants. Room was clean with no complaints. The only thing that wasn’t great was the fact that our room was facing the elevators and it started getting loud with alarms and carts and such at 7am on a Sunday morning. Not sure if it was room service or house keeping but it was disturbing.

First time at a Holiday inn and had a good experience about Hotel’s location and cleanliness also had bad experience with noisy hotel guests in the middle of the night upstairs and in the hallway . Hotel might have to consider coming up with a plan to put an end to this situation since I am not the only one posting a comment about this problem . Otherwise I am considering booking again at this hotel line .

Nice hotel close to the San Clemente Outlets, 2 min drive to the beach! however hotels needs to install EV chargers! Ez parking but need to pay $5 per night, crazy!!

Though this property rates high in my book I did not appreciate the charge for parking. There was no mention of a charge for parking at booking this facility, nor was anything said at the time of check in. Beware and ask.

Everything was perfect, except for the refrigerator which was not cold enough even with the coldest setting. It took an overnight for a drink to be made cold. Staff offered to change the room, but it had the same refrigerator with the same issue, so we didn't bother changing the room. Staff was very nice and courteous.

Holiday Inn was clean and open, Staff was friendly, Easy check in. Room was nice. My problem was the people in the room above my room stayed up all night running back and forth. It was very loud to the point where I had to say something to the front desk, and it continued for another few hours past 1am. I paid $180 for one night and also they put a hold on another $100 for damages that I still have not got back 6 days later. So for $280 dollars I got a room where i was up half the night and left wondering why i havent got my deposit back yet. If your a light sleeper ask for a room on the top floor otherwise hope they dont put someone n the room above you.

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean and looked to be recently updated. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of foods that were fresh and tasty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, but the walls are too thin. We were on the top most level thinking that we will not hear anything from above. We didn't realize that we would hear the footsteps of the people walking outside of our door. Yes, even just walking. I am guilty myself, as I know my footsteps could be heard by others, no matter how I try to not make any noise while walking. I guess not just their walls, but also the flooring needs some fixing.

Check in process extremely slow and was blamed on third party reservation…. Than after going to room was not to liking and asked to move but nothing was available… no discount or upgrade offered

Me gustó la limpiesa el personal muy amable la locación . Sus instalaciones en buenas condiciones . El agua de la alberca calientita y muy limpia .
