San Antonio-Lackland 的 stayAPT 套房(Stayapt Suites San Antonio-Lackland)

Muy cómoda la suite, muy acogedora. Quizá haga falta dejar más de dos ganchos en el clóset, para q los huéspedes no se los lleven usar la técnica de muchos hoteles que no son ganchos convencionales. Y quizá una cazuela tipo pot pequeña. Todo lo demás me gusto.

No está terminada, huele a orines, el clima Hace muchísimo ruidos, las tarjetas de las puertas se bloquean todos los días, nadie limpia y te multan si no sacas a basura, y barato lo es

Esta muy limpio, esta tranquilo, las instalaciones estan en muy buenas condiciones todo muy nuevo tiene todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia

Es un lugar muy agradable, seguro, limpio, muy recomendable

Nos encanto, solo que en los 4 dias que estuvimos no pasaron a limpiar la habitación

Lo unico malo es que no aceptan efectivo para que esten preparados, muchos lugares de san antonio se manejan exclusivamente con tarjeta

Newer Property nicely decorated felt like a nice little starter apar**ent. The staff was GREAT, especially Mary at the front desk; I don't have enough words to describe how awesome she is. Only down sides were they might want to consider leather or leatherette chairs/sofas as the fabric ones have some bad staining that cannot be properly cleaned between guests and they need to put sponges in the kitchen so pots can be washed properly, house keep should check dishes as our party had 3 rooms and in all rooms there was food and residue on the dishes, pots, utensils, and drinking glass. Other than that it is a great and affordable place to stay and literally 20 minutes or less from the best San Antonio has to offer.

Staff was nice, especially Krystal. The hotel itself lacks quality although it looks fairly new. Staff leaves at around 7 and doesn't return until the next day. The kitchen dishes are very limited to 4 so you have to wash and rewash to have a meal. Linens on bed looked clean but they didn't smell fresh. Linens and pillow for pull-out sofa were smelly and had marks on them. There are soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower so bring your own. There isn't a sundry, so if you forget something, you'll have to drive. Fortunately this is very close to Lackland and we were there for my son's BMT graduation. The hotel is good enough since we weren't there much of the time. However, when we cooked, it was a headache. The only oven dish they give you is a pizza pan and ours was missing so we had to catch housekeeping and ask. Honestly, if you're low key living and don't mind little kids making noise at night (I'm fine with it), this is an okay place and you can save some money and health since you do have a kitchen.
