Great hotel very close to everything. Very relaxing and stunning views from our balcony. Looks to be newly updated. Free made to order breakfast in the morning is great and the 2 ladies serving it were wonderful. Jessica at the front desk was amazing as well. Very easy to park the vehicle and walkable to everything. Lots of fun bars and eateries nearby.

The ladies on the check-in desk when we arrived couldn't have been nicer - we arrived a little early and they let us check in straight away. We had a room overlooking the Bridge of Lions and the view was amazing and sunset beautiful. The room was very comfortable and all members of staff were very professional and friendly. Great breakfast which was included. It was an easy walk across the bridge to the center of town. We didn't use it but they shared a number of a man with a 'road train' who you could call to take you into town for just $5 a person.

I have stayed here many times & will continue to stay here in the future! The hotel offers comfort, cleanliness, wonderful extras, amazing views of the marina and 'bridge of lions', easy access to downtown sites and restaurants, quiet, peace, wonderful staff & the most amazing complimentary breakfast you've ever had. You won't be disappointed!

Service with the hotel staff was outstanding. We had to walk across the bridge to enjoy dining and activities. There are people living on the streets, but they don’t bother you. This is more like a couple hotel wanting to take a breather and be private without kids. People in general in St. Augustine are amazing. Everyone do say hello to one another. The old trolly team was great as well. We did a tour of St. Augustine, museums, spirits and wine distillery.

À l’occasion des fêtes de fin d’année, le centre-ville historique est entièrement illuminé et le spectacle est très réussi. L’hôtel est à proximité immédiate (traversée du pont). Il est très bien tenu, le personnel est adorable et les petits-déjeuners servis à table sont de qualité. Bravo et merci

The location related to downtown is good. It is a little bit of a walk half of which is a slight uphill walk due to the bridge. Staff was top notch! Super friendly and accomodating. Genuinely seemed to care that you were comfortable and happy with your stay. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay again for sure.

The change made for breakfast having to pay for additional items. I stayed before amd the breakfast was very good now its just ok. The times are also too short especially when your on a weekend getaway to early to stop breakfast at 9:30. Most places stop by 10:30.

Second time staying here and will be back!!!! Breakfast is amazing with a unbeatable view. Walk across the bridge of lions right into downtown!!

The view from the room deck is beautiful and peaceful. The staff great and the walk ability to St. Augustine perfect. I would have put Quiet, but it was motorcycle week and some were very loud. But I am sure when they left, things went back to quietness. Fun to watch the bridge.

Great location with easy walk across bridge to town. Friendly staff. Simple and small but very nice. AC unit is loud when sitting on porch but small sacrifice for all the other benefits.

The bathroom needed some serious cleaning. Mold in the shower and around the shower door. We had stayed here several years ago and loved it but it has definitely dropped in appearance and cleanliness.

Location and easy parking were great,also quiet an safe. Unfortunately the air conditioning was working properly,we woke up in the middle of the night sweating,too hot inside the room . Also the shower was in poor condition.

Front desk staff, location and convenience to town center were excellent. Special thanks for the outstanding breakfast! It was delicious and inventive! Stayed just one night but wished we stayed a few days longer
