還不錯，中規中矩

가성비가 너무 좋은 곳입니다. 매리어트 계열 숙소답게 깔끔하면서 편의시설을 두루 갖추어서 가족여행을 하면서 머물기에 좋았습니다. 노동절 연휴라 호텔 가격이 비싼 편이었는데, 상대적으로 저렴한 가격에 하루 보낼 수 았었습니다.

This was the worst experience I've ever have had at a hotel. The sheets on the pull-out couch hadnt been changed. They had long black hair and stains on the sheets. There were large stains on the sofa, and the fridge didn’t work. As if this weren't all enough, the only suggestion the front desk could offer me was "to change the sheets because they were booked for the night".

General Manager, Margarita, did not allow me to check in because I did not physically have the card I used to pay for the rooms online. Marriott's website says it allows members to do contactless check-in, so I was surprised when she wanted the credit card. The room was paid for by my company. I had the card information, but did not have the physical card. She also refused to give me a refund, keeping the money for the paid hotel rooms. She also would not give me a receipt so I could turn it into the company. She also refused to cancel the reservation and give me any type of documentation. She said she needed a physical card or $100.00 cash for incidentals. I told her I didn't have cash or another credit card and I wanted her to charge the incidentals to the company card, for which she already had the information, but she would not do it.

I don’t know how this hotel got the high review rating cos that was the only reason I booked . I will never trust reviews after this . There was a dead roach in the room . I knew I couldn’t trust the breakfast after I found the roach so didn’t bother with the complimentary breakfast . The shower curtains were super dirty . White with loads of suspicious stains . The bathroom had a funny smell . Now the neighborhood. It was so bad I spent the night worried about my car . Infact I met a lady who told me better to bring everything in from my car . Glad I only booked it for a night cos I couldn’t have stayed longer

All in all the room was great and comfy, but the housekeeping was blasting music around 9am and laughing. Some of us were still asleep. I understand check out was at 11, but that’s so unprofessional for them to be so loud that early.

Rooms were generally clean- good hotel location. Was not impressed with customer service at the front desk. Closed the breakfast area as a few of us were serving. I explained that my husband was told the incorrect time for breakfast, and she did not care.

Stay was great, access into hotel is tricky. Could use more signage.

Very comfortable and staff was very friendly Great location to where we needed to be for a basketball tournament

The hotel is ok. But the air conditioning in the room was Too noisy that it didn't let us sleep.
