藍綠假日怡瀾水療飯店 - 阿桑德連鎖飯店度假村(Bluegreen Vacations Eilan Hotel and Spa, Ascend Resort Collection)

Reserve el hotel porque supuestamente es familiar pero definitivamente no es para niños. El personal muy bueno y respetuoso pero las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. El elevador se nota que falta algo de mantenimiento. No tienen room service. Solo encontre una maquina de hielo funcional en todo el hotel. En la habitacion no tienen amenidades mas que un mini shampoo un un mini jabon. El frigobar no servia. Lo peor de todo, la cama nada comoda y demasiado alta al punto que no pudimos desmansar por estar pensando que nuestro bebe se podia caer de la misma y sufrir algo grave. Definitivamente no regresaria a pesar de su buena ubicacion.

El valet parking muy caro y es indispensable porque el selfpark está demasiado lejos. La alberca mucho cloro y sucia se veía lechosa el agua y nos despintó los trajes de baño. No hay servicio de house keeping y no te quieren llevar café ni más botellas de agua. No nos dieron una de las habitaciones hasta mas tarde y para solicitar late checkout tienes que estar preguntando ese día a las 7am. Nos dieron las Habitaciones en piso 10 con techos altos, muy bonitas y cómodas, las camas con sabanas y almohadas deliciosas y los baños muy amplios y bonitos. El servicio de front desk seco y no muy cordial. Si encuentras a buen precio si vale la pena hospedarte aquí, si está muy caro mejor ir a la cantera resort. Bien ubicado cerca de restaurantes y shopping del rim y cantera shops.

No me gusto para nada, aparenta ser un hotel cómodo, de lujo pero es solo apariencia No te limpian las habitaciones

Nos pareció poco amable desde la recepción hasta el trato con el staff del hotel. No volvería nunca.

Loved the property. Beautiful, clean and great people. Was disappointed to learn it is a valet parking only property w no self parking near buy and an additional charge of $49/night for that parking. I was very upset about that given there were no other options. I asked if a portion of that went to tip the parkers and it does not, so the optional tipping is on top of that. Also, no room service or hair services in their spa. Despite these issues, it’s a very nice hotel.

Dining only open Thurs.- Sunday(I believe) I was only there Tue.- Thurs Coffee/pizza and sandwich shop (I would not recommend) Valet was pricey We were not told where free parking was which reading from previous reviews that it was down the hill which is crazy! Surrounding stores were not all open

Elian is a very nice hotel. The property is beautiful and immaculately kept. We only have two draw backs about this property why we did not give it 5 stars: 1. If there was a free parking option and we chose to do valet that is very different. 2. Secondly, the bed was extremely UNCOMFORTABLE. It felt like sleeping on a piece of board. Both my wife and I woke up every morning with severe back pains from sleeping on the mattress. We both did not get a good nights sleep as we tossed and turned with aches and pains while sleeping. Unfortunately we chose this hotel for a relaxing getaway and ended up being tired and exhausted from a horrible nights sleep.

Not so good. Started off with checking in at 5.30 and being told check out time was 10. Then being told I could pay an extra $30 If I wanted to have an 11:30 check out. Not a nice way to treat your guests. There are too many great hotels that we stay in in San Antonio. Don’t think I need this…
