It’s an old hotel with some tons of renewed. Is a good hotel. Stuff very friendly. The thing is my check in supposed to be at 4pm nas I get there 5pm and had to wait almost an hour to provide a room for me. It was PACK.

This was the worst place I have ever been. The elevator shook upon entering, and the rooms were old and the rug emitted an unpleasant odor. Upon checking out, I noticed an additional charge of $147.00 on my card. When I called to inquire about the charge, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes before speaking with an answering service. After calling again, I was placed on hold once more. Eventually, I drove back to the hotel to speak with them in person. The front office supervisor, Marisol, pointed out the smell of CBD in the room and showed us to it. Upon entering, there was a smoke ventilator that she said had been there all day. When I mentioned that we had just left the room, she was at a loss for words. I informed her that she was lying, just like she was lying about the smell of c**. She then escorted me to the front desk to speak with Alex Valle, who said that she was not disputing the charges and we had to pay the fee.

The staff was very helpful. We got in late around 10:30 and found out that our room was taken by someone else with same last name. The staff quickly figured it out and set us up with another room. Thank you very much . Great staff.

The room restroom tile was so dirty, the floor tile and shower tile seemed very dingy and were black. The room curtains were also dirty and damages as well. The pillows looked dirty, as if they had not been washed.

Checking in Was super simple, dining room was very elegant , food was delicious and room spacious. So far 2 thumbs up…

Carpet in the hall way had a bad odor. AC in our room made loud noise every time it would shut off and start cooling again.

The room was clean, the whole building was well kept. Ample parking. We enjoyed swimming in the pool

This hotel was really nice and really clean however if you drive 3 mins down the road you’re in the hood.

This is our second time at this location and many times at double tree. We had a lot of trouble with parking, shuttle service times were not informed at the front desk. And my light fixture in the restroom was so bright that it felt like it was possibly the wrong bulb. At the point where it was the heat affecting when I would be in the restroom area.

Heavey smell of cleaning chemicals in the room and after 2 days, smell of cigg Smoke was then evident...
