What an absolutely horrible excuse for a hotel. I would never stay at a hotel that would even think about hiring a front desk associate so rude, inconsiderate, and beyond ignorant. Let's start when we first checked in. They claim to be a nonsmoker hotel yet the entire floor we were in smelled of *** and then our room smelled of cigarettes; whatever, we were only staying for the night. We booked this hotel because it was "dog friendly". We arrive, we check in and left our (small 13 lb ) dog in the room and leave for dinner.... We get back to be told to leave as they don't accept dogs- which is not true. They said that there are signs on the doors and a waver we sign stating this - which is also not true. I cannot even begin to tell you how demeaning and inhumane she was. This all happens at 11pm and about 5 hours away from where we call home. We left the hotel when we threatened to have the police called over our once again 13 lb dog... Some people live and breathe to make people as miserable as they are on the inside. Please - never book this place. Pay the extra fees to stay in a nice place with a team that isn't going to treat you like **** of the earth. I called trip.com and they were absolutely amazing! They made sure that, given our circumstances, that we were taken care of. Thank you for trying to make this right and will be booking with trip.com again

When they advertised breakfast, I assumed it would be a normal breakfast... however... the pancakes were cold [butter wouldn't melt!] and the eggs/cheese were also cold [I suspect if the State came in, there would be a discussion about the temperature used to keep their food warm!]... i.e., very, very disappointing [we ended up going out to a restaurant for a decent breakfast]. No yogurt, no fresh fruit!

The accommodations were very nice, I especially appreciated the clean and inviting bathroom. If I had the time, I would have taken a soak in the roomy bathtub. Very spacious room. All in all, a nice place to stay,

The staff was ok. But the place is nasty. It stinks, the carpets were awful I didn't even want to put my stuff on it or walk without sock or shoes. The bathroom leaked and they gave me one towel. Never again.

This hotel was pretty nice for the price we paid. The breakfast area and the pool area were very clean. We didn't use the housekeeping service during our stay, but the staff was friendly every time we needed more towels.

EVERYTHING in the room was extremely damp, as if the carpet was shampooed but not dried. The smell bleach and a foul odor permeated the room. Other than that, the room was okay.

This is a nice mid class hotel. Rooms are great. Location is good, only a 10 minutes drive to downtown. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is a little light but still good.

Great room but local tv channels didn’t show very clearly. Bath tub curtain didn’t keep water out.
