飯店無可挑剔，服務一流，房間可愛又乾淨，酒吧裡的歡樂時光5-7 份早餐很棒，有一件事是，雖然晚上不吃飯，但十分之十令人驚嘆，總體工作人員都非常友好，竭盡全力為您服務

Booked a double room with sea view and balcony, the view was OK and so was the balcony, the room however was very small it would have suited a single bed not a double bed. The furniture was cheap and chipped and had stains on the legs, there was cobwebs on the ceiling and had bulbs missing. It felt like we were just shoved in a room with spare furniture. It had no character to it just very basic white walls. The bathroom was nice and jazzy. When we arrived we didn't know which parking spot was ours so just parked in one whilst we got booked in, the lady on reception told us several times that where we parked was not our spot even after my husband moved our car the receptionist kept saying someone else has reserved that spot. The only pros I can give this place is nice balcony, nice bathroom and the cleaning staff was friendly. That's it. Definitely not worth the £900 we paid for it!! Will not be going back and definitely wouldn't advise to anyone.

Lovely hotel quite arty with a nice looking restaurant and furnishings. Friendly reception staff. Room was modern and nicely decorated. I did book a small double and it was was small especially the bathroom, but to be fair it was sold as a small room so pretty fair. It's opposite one of the beaches and restaurants nearby.

The room was very small- we were shown other rooms but they too were small. For the cost little things were missing - bottled water was provided but no glass! Cleanliness wasn’t evident particularly in the stairway and walls throughout were badly marked . The staff were helpful and polite at all times and food served in the restaurant was good quality. With some thought and changes this could be so much better

Lovely reception staff friendly and kind. Ensured I had a room on a lower floor because of mobility issues , giving me a double room instead of a single to do it. Ensured that I had oat milk for cups of tea in my room. A nice clean room and good hot shower.

Great long weekend in Newquay. Had a lovely sea view and a comfy bed. I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smile. The team helped me to book a cab to the airport, thanks Sue! The hotel is well located, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and beaches.

on check in our room was hot and my partners asthma is really bad but we were upgraded with a balcony sea veiw room the staff are so accommodating and lovely definitely need a pay rise definitely be staying again
