明尼阿波利斯西端AC飯店(AC Hotel Minneapolis West End)

Overall a nice hotel in a convenient location. The only issue I really had was with the bathroom. Th toilet seat was smaller than the toilet by design which I disliked. The shower pressure was very low and there was no comfortable way to shave in the shower. Although the hotel was pretty nice otherwise, I would not stay here again due to the bathroom.

Room was fine except the shower wouldn’t drain they didn’t even have Two towels in the room so we has to call and get enough so each guest could shower (3) then at 9 am room service is banging on the door to clean our room! Guess I didn’t realize check out was at 8:30!!!

Stay here on a business trip. Decent hotel but there was dirty brown water in the shower. Complained at the front desk was told rudely that some pipes had burst and I should deal with the issue. No apologies, no compassion rather rude 'go do what you want behavior'. Never coming back.

Amazing experience with the property, staff, drinks, food.....all above par!

The shower water was luke warm and the internet was non existent. Very odd for a newer modern facility. If I had been on a work trip, I would have checked out for a place with decent internet service.

A lot of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was great. You can park in the garage for free when the lot is full.

AC Hotel is an amazing choice in Minneapolis. Very clean, modern, with excellent technology that is located outside the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. 5stars

Didn’t get the room I reserved, reserved a king room and got two full sized beds. Went to the rooftop bar and the staff were incredibly rude. This place went straight into the key card pile of never stay again. As someone who gets a hotel 1-2 times a month in the cities, this was really disappointing. Front desk staff were great, bar keepers ruined it

Nice room, cleanly lobby, dog-friendly and a good breakfast.
