聖路易斯-近森林公園德魯裡套房飯店(Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Forest Park)

Showed up at 3:05pm, told room was not ready. Waited until 3:20pm and had to again go check on my reservation. Finally got room at 3:30pm putting our activities for the day behind schedule. Probably won't be back to this location.

The staff were pleasant enough, but the rooms smelled of dog urine terribly. They did change our room, but the smell was still there, just lighter in the 2nd room. It's one of those type of smells you just can't get out of your head. The lobby and dining area was clean and large. The bed was nice as we like firm beds. The area seems unsafe around the hotel, people hanging out across the street behind a building shouting at each other and appeared to be drinking and intoxicated. Luckily, we didn't have any issues, but did park under a light that said there were cameras. Overall, we did not like the area.

Hotel and room generally very pleasant… fitness room bare minimum of equipment if thats important to you.. breakfast while plenty was in need of upgrades c for quality of offerings. staff however very nice and helpful….

Drury was clean and staff were friendly. Parking was tight and limited. It was close the “The Hill” which has many restaurants. We just are not use to the city.

Had to cancel this reservation. Although I followed all their instructions, I failed to get a refund.

Breakfast was better than most hotels. Offered cooked, hot items. The area around the hotel didn’t feel the safest, but all staff we encountered was friendly!

Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. What more can you ask for?

Excellent stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly I will stay here again

It had been a while since I had stayed at a Drury so I had forgotten just how great they are. Free fountain soda all evening long, pretty good breakfast and dinner all included with the room makes it a great value!!! Room was nice and clean! They are blessed with a top notch employee at this location. I assume he is a manager of some kind but he was there when we checked in, was still there through dinner and was there at breakfast the next morning, he just really knew what he was doing and was great with every customer I seen him interact with.
