員工很有禮貌，尤其是餐餐的員工笑容滿臉。 執房的姑娘亦很周到。 唯一缺點是泳池在周六太早關五點半，更衣空沒暖氣，非常冷。

The hotel was fine although I had a major problem at check in as Trip.Com had not paid the room (that I had paid) and I had to pay a deposit to enter the room.

There was a problem when booking into hotel as we had gone through Trip.com and receptionist said that we had not paid as no confirmation had come over to them from third party. We explained that we had paid showed her the relevant information on my phone etc -but still insisted that we had to pay . We waited at reception for about 40 minutes while we waited for the receptionist and manager were in back room sorting it out.This in fact made us late for our evening meal - which we had to miss out on- as well as being late for our meet n greet showing at the Theatre Royal - which we also missed out on- It spoilt our evening - but the amenities and staff in the hotel were fabulous- especially the young girl who served us breakfast in the morning.x

Lovely clean hotel with plenty of shops nearby. Staff very friendly, room roomy and bed comfortable. Food excellent and reasonably priced. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Location good but town very bleak.

The hotel was lovely, comfortable and clean. Ideally situated and warm. The air conditioning kept me awake all night, and although they offered us another room (adjacent to one where they were playing music at around 3am) , it would have been a waste of time. The aircon issue is a known issue down the end of the hotel where we stayed. They offered us 40% off our next stay. 40% off another sleepless night? No thanks. This was not indicative of other Mercures we’ve stayed at - the last one in Cologne was perfect.

I stayed here on the 21st of November the room they put me in was freezing at 10 o’clock at night
