Walls are paper thin and floor is thin wood. Heard that everything all night long and finally at 3:30 am went to front desk about noise above us. Beds are way too bouncy and soft, horrible sleeping. No hdmi plug ins, outdated, and lighting sucks. Breakfast was lame, hard, cold and very limited.

I paid the total amout of the room via your website. Only to find out the hotel charged me an additional $130 for the room. So technically paid double. Will be going after them to get thst money back. NEVER WILL STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!

I realize there isn’t anything you can do about noisy guests, but you have complete control over maintenance of the facilities. Mowing the lawn at 6:00 in the morning is understandable for a golf course but not a motel with less than an acre of grass in the middle of July. Totally unnecessary and disrespectful to your patrons to be mowing that early in the morning. If you are going to have breakfast items (like frozen breakfast sandwiches) available there should be a microwave or some other way for guests to heat their food. Dealing with a grumpy employee who doesn’t want to heat the guests food and doesn’t know how to interact with people isn’t a good business practice. This particular Fairfield Inn did not meet the national standard I’ve experienced in the recent past for upkeep and cleanliness. As such, the price did not reflect the product.

This property is run down and old. It needs to be renovated. It is not worth 170.00 a night. The beds are old and worn out. Toilet had a cracked seat. Soap from previous guess still in shower. Room was sprayed with so much fragrance that i got a sinus infection. If you smell lots of smell good, there is a reason. It not so it's clean it's so it smells good to hide the bad odor or stink. The staff when around were helpful and polite. They were usually off doing something somewhere else in the hotel, so you had to wait and wait. Breakfast was really a disappoin**ent. Very low supply of food on the bar. I would not stay at this property again. Sadly it has the name Fairfield but it has the quality of motel 6

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel a bit run down looking but if you are not expecting a 5 star a**osphere, and just need a comfortable clean place to stay, and dont expect much, it is a nice hotel. Toilet had issues but was able to work around it. Hot tub jets not very strong. Pool was great for the kids but hard to get in and out for older adults with just ladders.

There was no breakfast in the morning when it was listed the room was dirty there was a pork from someone else's breakfast on the bathroom floor. The first one we talked to was very helpful the rest of the staff was very off. It was very noisy until about 1:00 in the morning. Very thin walls and loud music. No refund available or compensation.

The room was ridiculously overpriced for the low-quality experience. The pool is very small, the musty smell in the room, the peeling bathroom ceiling, and a hair tie found in the bed. The breakfast was average hotel food.
