藍寶石飯店(Hotel Sapphire)

We stayed only 1 night at this hotel. Very pleasant. Lovely deluxe room. Food was excellent. We ordered room service which came promptly. Next day breakfast was plentiful. Ordered omelette which were delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was good. Shower was hot and in full flow which was lovely.

I booked a super deluxe room in sapphire hotel, room was good but washroom was horrible it’s look like a 500rs room washroom. It was a bad experience. I’ll not prefer to book a super deluxe room in this hotel .

Hey everyone, I wanted to share how great my experience was at this hotel. The ambience is fantastic, and the staff, from ground level to the top, knows exactly how to handle guests. They welcome you warmly, no matter who you are. I particularly appreciated their service. I shared my previous awful experience at Golden Plaza just the day before, where they messed up my fiancée's birthday. In response, this hotel upgraded my room for free and gave me one with a front view. One small detail that made a big difference for me was their attention to personal care. In ***y hotels, even those of a 3-star caliber, you usually get the basics like shampoo, soap, and lotion. However, here, they went the extra mile by providing packed toothbrushes and toothpaste, which left a positive impression. They also have ample parking space. A friend of mine had to wait in the lobby because his bus was scheduled for 3 AM. The staff not only allowed him to wait in the waiting area but also provided him with a blanket and pillow. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism shown by the staff. It's rare to find a team that treats guests so well, both as professionals and as fellow hu*** beings. Thanks a bunch for the exceptional service!

Booked three rooms for family for six adults including 4 senior citizens and two children. Sofa cum bed was help full. Rooms are quite well equipped and all things are functional. Foods are really well. Tastes are good with good quantities. Recommended as a value for money and well equipped package in Zirakpur.

Bed was comfortable Rooms were clean Staff is happy to serve Location is good, it's situated on the highway like ***y other hotels Overall it was a good experience and a pleasant stay TV should have cast screen facility

The bed was too soft and seemed broken mattress , the mattresses need to be harder, first there was no hot water then the water was too hot and cold mixing was not possible. The taps were splashing as the aerator filter was missing The breakfast was ok, and cold.

Had booked this hotel earlier and found the hotel experience above average and booked again. Stayed 1 night from November 17 and checked out today morning. Worn out rooms, indifferent staff. TV did not work when dialled 9, we were told to contact house keeping which did not know how to set the TV! In other hotels, hotel reception would have ensured that TV works but everybody was busy without work. Tried to get an English newspaper from check in till check out but was never provided though it is mentioned in the hotel amenities. Table top below TV in R No 410 is about to fall and can cause accident but hotel has damn care attitude. Any other ***ager would have changed the room or at least apologised. The hotel is supposed to provide 2 small bottles of drinking water and only 1 was provided. After bringing it to the notice, 2 staff members enquired about the room number but never cared to replace the missing bottle. This is also mentioned in the amenities included in the tariff. Toilet had hu*** hair of previous guest or the hotel staff. Two entrance glass doors are heavy duty ones but not even once the security guy opened the door. At least keep the door glass clean so that guests don’t get infections. I will try nearby hotels in next visit and give much needed rest to the inefficient and lazy staff of Sapphire hotel. They need staff as per needs of hospitality industry and not clerks
