Room was very comfortable and spacious

The door to the room was difficult to open as it wasn’t lined up correctly so I had to push and pull for it to finally bust open. It felt unsafe as I didn’t feel like the door was secure enough. Upon entering the room I noticed how dirty everything looked. Stains on the walls, hair in the bathtub, brown substance on 2 of the towels, there was an outlet cover for the cable tv that was just hanging loosely out of the wall, all linens felt moist including the towels and the bedding, the lights were very dim at the maximum level so it had a very dark vibe. My son wanted to go swim in the pool and it was dirty and there were no towels provided outside. I went to take a shower in the am and there was very little water pressure and most of the water remained at the spout instead of switching to the shower head, and also the shower curtain rod was installed upside down so it was slanted down so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed and just kept sliding to the middle of the rod which made water splash all over the floor. Not a fan of this place and wouldn’t stay again.

Biggest complaint is the shower. Curtain didn’t fit properly and coming apart. The shower head had no adjustment and pushed the shower head towards the wall of the stand up shower. No shelves to use your own bath products. It had two small shelve corner that might be wide as 1 1/2x 3” enough room for the guest soap but it was sloped and wouldn’t stay on the tiny shelf. I will not be staying there again without inspecting the whole room before I decide to stay. I was not impressed at all.

The hotel was terrible. The first room we given smelled like mildew, the carpet was soaked by the window a/c. We were moved to the room next to it. Got up the next morning and no hot water to shower with.... frustrating! Would not recommend this hotel.

If I could give the staff 6 stars, I would! We had a slight issue with one of our rooms and they made it right quickly! We will stay here again FOR SURE in the future! Breakfast was great each morning.

"NO ELEVATOR" Had we known there was no elevator we would not have stayed! Wyndham through a coat of paint and a few very minor improvements on this pig's ear and call it a nearly 2 hundred dollar stay! "DISAPPOINTMENT at it finest"
