Great Venue. Massive. Space. Loved every moment of my time there. Will definitely go back as soon as I can. No where around matches the comfort space and customer service I have experienced. Restaurant on site to cook. A pool a roof top Bar. Wow. Amazing.

Home away from home. A lovely clean and welcoming place. Quiet and convenient, very close to attractions. Excellent, polite staff who did all they could to make our stay pleasant. A calm, chilled out experience. Just what we were looking for.

No customer service at all. I reserve two rooms and i provided the payment information for the two rooms a month in advance and when I got the the property to check in there was no one to speak with,there was a number to call and so I called the number and a female answered the phone and was very rude. Let me know that there is no rooms available for me because I did not make a payment before I got to the property. It was stated online that there would be no money collected until I get to the property however, if they had wanted to collect money before I checked in, they could’ve pulled the money from my card because I didn’t provide my card information online and she was very rude and hung up the phone and that was it. I would never ever recommend anyone to use this property as a place of stay for vacation. I am a return residence that is from Hampstead district in Runaway Bay in that same area and I would never spend a dollar with this people because they are so unprofessional and organized. I got to the property at around 7:30 PM at night and could not get to stay. I had to find myself another guest house to stay. What if I did not know the area that I was in and I had my family traveling with me from the state of Florida to my home town in Jamaica that was very much on professional.

Beautiful place great set up for a family vacation

The room had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes, the ac wasnt working properly so the room was not very cool. The breakfast served was very underwhelming only toast pretty mucn. Would not recommend or return

Our stay was less than pleasant. Second time visiting and the place is upgraded and rooms accommodating but my God the reception is past ghastly. The workers are not intelligent and walk around with their faces in a scolding attitude. No proper receptionist upon arrival, front door remain open in the dead of the night. We paid our deposit like two weeks prior to our arrival, however when we get there we were told to pay the total amount we book for. It took so much time waiting on them to confirm we had paid half of the money already so its only the balance we were paying. After that was confirmed we still had to wait some more to confirm our balance even when it was paid. We were so exhuasted by the time we went to our rooms after waiting on the worker to say all was ok for us to go in ( which never happen). Place is ok but disgusting service..

The owner is very pleasant and open -minded.
