The open kitchen, dining and living areas flow into an outdoor dining / bbq area with seating for 6 featuring a large granite waterfall table. The outdoor kitchen includes a stainless steel Napoleon gas grill with rotisserie & vent hood, a sink and cold beverage center. The indoor dining area includes a large round glass top driftwood table with seating for 6 and a wet bar with sink, wine cooler and Thor Ice Maker (25 pounds of ice per day).The living room area boasts a 60' Smart TV mounted in a lighted built in cabinet. Up the beautiful spiral staircase leads to a large wine loft / mezzanine overlooking the great room. Glass railings allow for views out to the water. Additionally, gym equipment includes numerous hand weights, jump rope, stretch bands, boxing gloves with pad, Bosu ball and more.Enjoy the ocean views from the private pool (which can be heated for an additional charge) featuring two ledge loungers, an in pool bench and two in water bar stools adjacent to outdoor dining for easy delivery of your favorite beverage. After a day of adventure you can also choose to relax in the hot tub.Additional spaces...just down the hall on the side of the house is a small grassy garden area enclosed with gates. A perfect space to take out your small dog(s).We are dog friendly for pups under 20 pounds and can help you understand the rules around bringing your pets in with you. For dogs over 20 pounds please just message us to discuss and we will consider it on a case by case basis.There is a one car garage that will be occupied by our personal car. So parking is in the driveway just outside the garage. The boat dock has 2 chairs for sitting and enjoying coffee as you watch the sunrise each morning over the water and count the resident starfish that frequent our beach.Also only steps away you will find Kaibo Restaurant / bar / marina and a short walk further down is the famous Starfish Point. A nice walk, bike ride or very short (1/2 mile) drive will take you to Rum Point and all of the amenities there (bio bay tour, snorkeling, beach bar, restaurant, Red Sail Sports, gift shop and more). Just up the road within 20 minutes drive you can experience all of the north side and east end experiences such as Crystal Caves,, Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Gardens, Diving Excursions, the Mastic Trail and the Blow Holes at East End. Nearby restaurants include Over the Edge, Italian Kitchen, Tukka, Blue Rock and several others. Welcome to our beach cottage at the Sea Lodges of Cayman Kai. This charming 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms cottage offers a relaxing and authentic experience under the tropical sun, far from the city noise and distractions. Our condo has an old style Cayman layout designed to be cooled by the tropical breezes that blow on the north side of the island. Please note that there is no AC in the unit, however every room is equipped with ceiling fans to supplement the breeze as needed. The cottage is a classic old Cayman cottage, situated right by the ocean, with stunning views of the turquoise waters and pristine sandy beach. Step outside onto the terrace and breathe in the fresh sea air as you watch the waves roll in. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary cookware and utensils.The snorkeling right off the condo and all along the Northshore in Cayman Kai is among the best on Grand Cayman.A local market is 5 minutes away, a grocery store is 20 minutes away, the popular Rum Point is 5 minutes drive, and the airport and George Town are 45 minutes away.
