我們在七月中旬在James住了5晚。這是一個不錯的酒店位於市中心,步行即可到達火車站、餐館和景點。我們住的房間大小適中,佈置得很好。作爲包裹的一部分,我們用了一整天的兩輛自行車。7月19日,我們騎着自行車在距離水上巴士20公里的金德迪約克附近兜了一圈。其中一輛自行車從一開始就感覺很慢,但我們把問題歸咎於輪胎充氣不足。不幸的是,這不是問題。當它倒轉時發出了巨大的聲,就像從渡輪上的自行車架子上退下來一樣。我們從渡輪出發時,踏板就自由地行駛。我立即向酒店發送了關於這個問題的電子郵件,但半個多小時沒有聽到任何消息。當地人指着我們走2公里外的一家自行車店。這是荷蘭十多年來經歷的最熱的一天(39攝氏度),我們幾乎要走60公里,所以我們想早點開始。當酒店給我們發郵件時,我們已經在自行車店修理了它。我們根本沒辦法再等一個小時或2個小時才讓酒店送人。機修工對自行車的狀況非常失望,他說酒店應該支付修理費用,如果他們有任何問題,他們可以打電話給他。前台告訴我們他們的自行車供應商可能會還我們修理,但3周後我們還在等。關鍵是:我從酒店拿自行車,而不是他們的供應商。任何合理的酒店都會補償客戶,並自行處理供應商。我不會因爲損失35歐元而感到不安,但這顯示了這家酒店的客戶服務是多麼糟糕。你可以呆在那裏,只要沒有什麼不對勁,它就應該可以。

Dit hotel heb ik al eerder in het verleden mogen bezoeken. Was eerder wat verouderd, had hard een upgrade nodig en dat is gelukt! Mooie ruime, frisse kamer, prettige service en een fantastisch uitzicht. Ontzettend fijne plek en blijft een goede locatie. Een aanrader. De tram en de metro naast de deur.

Great stay - my first time staying in a hostel and I really enjoyed the experience. Everything is very modern and convenient. The location is great and walking distance from lots of tourist attractions and yummy food spots. The hostel is situated in a very vibrant community area, so it can get quite noisy but once you’re inside your hub you don’t hear anything! The hubs themselves are cute and the bed is super spacious - you get the option of a bottom or top hub, I recommend a top hub if you want to feel slightly more comfortable. The hubs have Bluetooth speakers, an app to control lighting and to speak to the host for any issues. My hub was clean but not as clean as I thought it would be, there were some marks on the side, random hairs and the air-con vent was very very dusty. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. You have a wristband that allows you to charge things to your hub, lock up your belongings and open your hub door which I thought was very handy! I really enjoyed my stay and it was a great first hostel experience, would definitely stay with CityHub again as it was a bargain!

This hotel has a nice cosy entrance and the personel is very friendly. The room we stayed in at the third level was clean and spacy, and has a window that can be opened. There 's a mini fridge that cooled our stuff perfectly. There ś a table where you can sit at, and eat and drink. There 's also a waterkettle and coffee and teabags. A nice drawing on the wall above the beds. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is large, too. It has a glass sliding door and a shower with thermostat valve. There is a parking beneath the hotel ($), and you can also park your car for free close in front of the hotel. We had a perfect stay for 2 nights and we love to come back sometime again. The villagecentre is about a 20 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a waterferry (for bikes and people only) that cruises every 15 minutes on the Merwede river to Dordrecht.

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to many sights and shops as well as the metro and tram if you want to travel further away. The rooms facing the canal have a nice view but it's a shame the windows are small. There is a good car park next door to the hotel but hotel guests get no discount for parking there (24 Euros per night). Rooms are on the small side but fine for a couple of nights. They include a safe, which is nice to have. The hotel is not cheap, though. Around 200 Euros per night (without breakfast or parking) for a basic hotel chain like Ibis is quite steep. For that money, the hotel should at least make sure the curtains are not full of holes! They don't seem to have family rooms either, so families have to pay for two rooms per night.

We spent three nights in this hotel. Very spacious room (we are a family of two adults and two kids), clean and comfortable. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Very convenient the ample parking available. Great location, 5 minutes drive from the city center and less than 30 minutes drive to visit the Keukenhof Garden in Lisse. Efficient service and extremely helpful staff. I forgot my i-pad in my room on the day of departure and they made every effort to find it and mail it to me. I would absolutely recommend it.

Hotel is nice in the City center about five minutes walk from the busy streets and 10 minutes from the train station. Room was pretty outdated, it was clean but could do with a modern upgrade. Only one wall outlet in the room. Bathroom was clean but when you showered there is water everywhere. Also the rooms were very noisy, you could hear other guests and as we were in the weekend these guest were very loud throughout part of the night. Also the noise from outside was quite loud although we were put on a high floor you could hear traffic. Breakfast was good, enough choice and you could get a fresh made scrambled or fried egg. Coffee was good too (very important in the morning). I found the staff very friendly and helpfull. Parking right below the hotel is great.

麗的酒店,現代裝修,早餐小型,但寬的選擇,美麗的景色,從12號房間裏,水,船和歷史,尤其是剛降雪。房間的儲藏室在長時間的入住中,很可能有點缺少(物質風格),因生日而在房間裏得到客人接待,小小和裝飾。非常小心!

2022年7月,北海爵士樂節期間,酒店一直保持着很高的水準。我們的房間是標準的“水景”雙人房,沒有那麼大,但是有我們所需要的傢俱和便利設施。我的一個小小的抱怨,浴室有一個滑動的磨砂玻璃門,當然可以節省空間,但不是完全關閉。牀和牀上用品都非常舒適。淋浴和空調易於調節。隨時都有充足的電梯(電梯)。早餐很棒。所有工作人員都非常友好和高效。
