總體還可以吧 就是設施老舊 床型2張大床 適合一家四口沒問題 要求不高的 住這裏沒問題 畢竟衹是睡宿覺 不提供一次性牙刷牙膏和拖鞋 也沒有免費的礦泉水。

位置超方便，走幾步就能找到餐廳、商店，還能去泡温泉。房間乾淨整潔，設施算齊全，住着舒服。前台和服務人員都很友好，溝通順暢。早餐還不錯，種類夠吃。整體體驗挺好，下次來 Rotorua 還會考慮再住。

酒店位置一流，靠近湖邊，大量停車場，風景優美。旁邊就是波利尼西亞温泉，當地必去的項目。大型超市和商業美食中心近在咫尺。非常值得推薦。

衞生不錯，房間乾淨，服務員很熱情，有問必答，周邊有吃飯的地方，旁邊就是波利尼亞温泉，我們早上去泡的。

除了地理位置方便去周邊景區之外，酒店設施老舊、衞生很一般，早餐也很難吃，建議選擇附近民宿

訂沒有餐點的房型 服務一般般 行李也不用自取條 設備沒有壞就很好 電視要看自己想辦法

定的家庭房，酒店設計得比較現代，服務人員印度人居多，都很熱情。格局很緊湊合理，衞生乾淨，有洗髮，洗手和身體乳，早餐比較美式，酒店位置絕佳，前面就是羅託魯瓦湖，第一張是在餐廳照的。去紅樹林，冷泉，天空滑車，牧場都很方便，周邊也有好多美食，酒店性價比很高

酒店就在湖邊，景色Beautiful ，值得再次入住體驗，Check In 也很 Fast ，前台小姐姐不錯。

酒店職員很和善、有禮、願意提供更好建議、務實，但早餐可以更豐富些，晚餐選擇不多，沒有牛排，泳池不細，若有Sauna房更好，不過總體也很滿意，地點不錯，以後會常來的。👌👍😁

設施：有點老舊，冬天空調不怎麼給力 衞生：一般 環境：地理位置可以 服務：可以，有一間房定錯時間，定的時候註明不能退，經過協調給退了

房間設施齊全，位置比較優越，周邊配套有大型超市，離吃飯的餐廳也挺近，緊鄰湖邊，晚上安靜。泡完温泉走回去很舒服。

一進大廳就覺得值了！乾淨，舒適，性價比超高！斜對面就是波利尼西亞温泉！走路2分鐘就到！周邊購物、吃飯都方便！下次去還訂它！

首先酒店位置很好，門前就是湖，走路二分鐘就到温泉。然後房間很大，雙床大床房帶娃輕鬆。服務員也很熱情友好。

兩大優點，一是出門就是別具特色的羅託魯瓦湖，冒着地熱的湖灘。二是步行不到5分鐘就是波利尼西亞温泉，晚上可以泡好温泉直接步行回酒店睡覺。酒店設施略微老舊，然後旅行團比較多。如果被分配到遠端的房間，橫穿酒店內部一兩道門也要個幾分鐘的。酒店附近沒找到超市一類的，我們找到最近的飲食是步行5，6分鐘有家韓國快餐廳。開車的話到羅託魯瓦中心也不遠選擇性就多了。

早餐雖説品種不是太多，但食品品質不差較新鮮。一層到二層沒有電梯行李需自己搬。房間不小但設施陳舊，最多三星水平吧。睡到半夜感到不知是蚊子還是什麼蟲子咬人，干擾得沒有睡好休息好！！
