曼斯費爾德歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites Mansfield)

Service was great, hotel was very clean and breakfast was good.

Staff was very friendly; however, the room was not very clean. The pool and hot tub were out of service and I later found out it has been this way for months. The hotel also lost power and it wasn't restored for 3 days. It had been stated by others in the area that unfortunately the hotel often loses power due to high winds that knock down trees over the power lines.

Pool and hot tub closed indefinitely. No explanation why. There is only 3 hotels in town. I could have stayed elsewhere cheaper if no amenities available. Ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floor did not work. Someones torn up boots laid at the entrance for 2 days. Breakfast was good and staff were nice. They did not give us a rate adjustment for pool/hot tub because we booked through ******* (it wasn't a discount at that site either). Pool looked fine to me. I guess they don't want to pay for it, but charge me for it anyway. I was told its been closed for a long time.

Checked in late. It was clean and quiet and bed was comfy. Water ban could've been mentioned before booking though.

Will stay at this hotel again. Clean, convenient location, quiet, and friendly staff.

I booked a suite style room at an higher rate and there was nothing besides a weird desk taking up the extra space. None of the outlets worked. Half of the light switches worked. Would not book a suite again, not worth the money

Very displeased the pool and hot tub were closed. I had asked if it was open before booking and was told yes but i did not call directly to the hotel. Our son that lives in the area told us it has been closed for quite sometime. Disappointed.

Hotel was very clean and all the staff was very friendly. We only spent one night but would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
