房間乾淨整潔舒適

酒店有點老了，裏面的設施比較舊。周末看到不少家庭親子出遊，晚上睡覺有點吵，經常有小孩的奔跑。整體一般

很方便，房間挺好，服務貼心

디트로이트는 매우 한적한 도시였습니다. 그 한적함 안에 위치한 엠바시 스위트 힐튼 호텔은 저에게 최고의 경험이였습니다. 편의시설도 좋았으며 프론트 직원도 매우 친절했습니다.

Room is spacious, clean and excellent customer service

Was great that there was a shuttle to the airport and the omelette bar was good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, which made me feel comfortable. I had to work at odd, late hours and I felt safe entering and exiting the property. I will definitely return to this hotel when I fly back into Detroit Airport.

The 2nd floor room was disgusting. Desperate need for renovation which is why the 3rd floor has been renovated. It is insane to pay $260/night for rooms on the 2nd floor in that shape. The headboards were disgusting. There was hair on the night stand lamps. The bathroom was so dated is was horrific. The heater was so noisy I don't know how people can actually sleep there! Once we opened up the couch bed and saw that it was completely broken we called up reception and after insisting to change rooms they moved us to the 3rd floor which was a newly renovated room and very nice. However, the hotel should be proactive when renting out the 2nd floor (and possibly 1st floor) and warning clients about the condition of the rooms. Unacceptable!

The guest services at this hotel is above and beyond. There is nothing that they wouldn’t do for you. Best hands down⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All Embassy Suites are excellent but this one felt a little smaller. No longer a wet bar , or bathroom entrance from living room
