Pretty clean & quiet, safe area. We had fun! Wish the pool was clean/open, though. 😆

No fue agradable muchas cucarachas, piso lleno de pelos de perros,según era libre de humo el olor era muy fuerte, las camas si estaban limpias y el baño, mate como 20 cucarachas grandes y bebés cucarachas, el hotel está en buena ubicación es tranquilo el precio es barato no mas es la limpieza que tienen que mejorar.😔

1. The room was not clean at all. The sheets and pillow covers were dirty. Called the front desk multiple times and no response. 2. The coffee in the lobby was terrible. 3. The mattress was not comfortable at all. Also, has lot of road noise.

My stay was very good. It was quiet even though located right next to a major road. The bed was a little to soft for me. Next time I'll have to ask for a firmer bed. Only 10 minutes away from my other destination. Very clean.

This place is ok for a low-budget option. It was clean, quiet and manager was friendly and helpful. An external review would help the new manager. For example: Room control: there were people in rooms that were not on the computer reservation list. Facility maintenance: The exterior needs a power-wash with soap of the walkways to remove the urine smell of pets. Remove trash. Trash bins were full. Empty the bins at least three times a day. Safety- repair the steps. Room bathrooms need caulking. Remove the old-caulk and replace with silicon caulk. ---------------END------------------------

By far the best Red Roof in the Raleigh/Durham/Triangle Area. Front desk staff are super awesome. I overheard the GM training someone and was actually critiquing him on a few mistakes the day before. The GM did it with tack and style to where no one felt awkward in any way but actually more of a team, like a family. That goes so far in the personalities and attitudes that all employees on property will have and that's what makes great hotels!!!

Arrived at the motel - no reservations on file from **********. The receptionist spent one and a half hours trying to get this straight with **********/expedia and the reservation never came through although they were able to find it after a long, long search. Very impressed with the receptionist - she was calm, knowledgeable, compassionate, and outdoing herself in trying to resolve the issues. We finally settled for a smaller room with no microwave or refrigerator; had 2 3/4-size beds so we were not able for both of us to sleep in one bed. Room was small and uncomfortable and NOT anywhere near what we expected. I would not recommend either ********** nor the Red Roof Inn Duke.

Trash everywhere, sketchy people hanging around, loud arguments in the middle of the night, broken elevator, uncomfortable bed, dismissive staff. Just glad my car was still there in the morning.

Beds are pretty high off the floor and slippery on the base. Difficult for shorter people or elderly to get on and off. Flat pillows and no extras when requested. Bathroom very small!

Night manager was very friendly. Motel is conveniently located just off the interstate next to gas stations and iHop. It would be improved by the addition of mini fridges and microwaves and a real rug.

This facility is billed as a non smoking facility. The room reeked of cigarette and pot smoke. The toilet was clogged and I tried and then their maintenance guy tried to no avail. They moved us to another room that was even worse, so we left after one night.

The problems with this facility is due to the age of the building. The staff is doing the best they can. The air unit sounded like a moped when running which was most of the night.

New desk clerk and understandably not familiar with the area, neither was I at evening checkin. Only one Small piece of soap and no refrigerator in rooms. A little noisy out back, including pets and persons hanging out back. Close to my venue and also Duke Medical.
