羅馬Parco Villa Flaviana附近住宿

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious and very good sized buffet with a espresso/cappuccino station. Would definitely return! 10/10. A bit further from the city but the taxi would come to pick you up at the door. Cost about 20 euro to get to city centre.

I only had a short stay here but I enjoyed my time. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was a quirky place, easy to navigate round and I found it useful to be able to use the lockers before and after my check in/out. I found the price to be more than reasonable and would definitely recommend.

After a 9 day Cruise involving Spain France and Italy, we ended in Rome. We couldn't have stayed in a better place, the staff was excellent!!! I work at a hotel in Chicago so I know what I'm talking about. I want to note Kun, Elena,Adriano, Flavio, Eugenia Martine and especially Angeline for being a great Hostess! We are plañning a road trip across Italy next year and we will definitely integrate Ostello Bella in our plans!

Come da titolo buon hotel in cui ho passato una notte durante il mio breve soggiorno a Roma, a febbraio. Hotel situato in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dall'entrata della metro, proprio accanto ad un supermercato e a vari bar e ristoranti. Personale di reception gentile e professionale. Alta la tassa di soggiorno (4€ al giorno a persona, ma non è ovviamente colpa dell'hotel ma del comune). Camera singola piccola ma con tutto l'essenziale (condizionatore, riscaldamento, frigo bar vuoto, armadio, finestra con vista e un cuscino in più) al quarto piano con vista sul cortile interno. Il bagno è spazioso. Letto abbastanza comodo. Prezzi nella norma considerata la posizione e i servizi presenti vicino all'hotel. Consigliato se per un breve periodo (2/3 notti), altrimenti anche se si è da soli come me conviene prendere una camera di categoria superiore, poiché altrimenti tende a diventare asfissiante la camera singola standard.

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. The best thing about Giglio is it’s location. You can never ask for a better location than this. Exactly three minutes walk from Termini Station, it is surrounded by nice out sitting restaurants, a small super store that also have reasonably priced Italian wine and some of the tourist attractions at walkable distance. Collosium is approximately 1.5 kms from here. Though there are buses (number H) from Termini but I will advise to take a cab because the tourists pickpocketing is so rampant that it is really a menace (we saw an American man and his wife literally crying as they were robbed of their wallet which had his all credit cards). However, let’s come back to the hotel Giglio. If you fancy a hotel with a large balcony or big windows then you must look some other property. But if you are a genuine tourist who wants value for money, centrally located just go for this place. Our room was on fifth floor and our A/C was set at 26 degrees Celsius. There was no remote in the room. I spoke to reception and Mr Rauf came rushing upstairs, brought a remote and set the temperature as we wanted. Though we were only two people we were given a room fit for four people. The bathroom was really spacious. They don’t provide a lot of toiletries but good enough to shower. I have had breakfast at various expensive hotels in Rome, Florance and Siena but the breakfast provided at Giglio was much better than most. I must also add that the very kind girl at the breakfast service named Safia was just an Angel for us. She is soft spoken, very oriented towards customers and one who looks for solutions. We wanted vegetarian breakfast and she got us cheese tomato sandwiches because everything else had meat. Overall this is a great hotel because it gives you best value for money, it’s location and its kind staff.

辦理入住的時候有點小插曲，前台的一位小哥英文不是很好，不過在另外一位前台小姐姐的幫助下很快就處理好了。房間中規中矩，很乾凈，早餐是典型的商務歐陸式早餐風格，沒有什麼意大利特色。

房間雖然比較舊，但還是比較乾淨的.但隔音不好.可能老酒店的通病. 地理位置也不錯，距離熱門景點都在一點多公里，2公里之內，步行可達，不過步行高低有小山坡.周邊餐廳也很多. 酒店復古電梯可以坐一下. 前台服務不錯👍，當天入住的時候朋友的箱子寄存在我們酒店也被允許，去機場酒店前台可以幫忙叫出租車，價格固定，到大機場50歐，小機場31歐，方便.

這是一次延長的週末家庭旅行,所以這家酒店很適合,因爲它離一些有趣的東西並不那麼遠,價格合理。房間很寬敞,設計簡單,有點醜,但很乾淨,照顧得很好。我們的觀點是對面建築物的公寓,但我們在其他地方看到了我們的觀點。即使淋浴門沒有正確關閉,浴室也還可以。他們每天打掃房間,留下新鮮的毛巾,即使我們沒有要求。真正糟糕的是他們提供的肥皂/洗髮水。不是聞起來不好,什麼的,但它讓我想起了80年代的肥皂酒店 普通幾乎總是很忙,但人們尊重和友好,把地方打掃乾淨。wifi很快,即使像我一樣使用VPN。早餐不錯,選擇很多,口味也很有趣。但是咖啡真的不好。在意大利你沒想到,但它來自自動機器,製作了不同種類的咖啡,所以結果很糟糕。在那裏工作的人總是微笑,友好,渴望幫助,這是在外國住宿時總是有幫助的事情。酒店旁邊是一個警察局,附近地區感覺安全,即使在晚上也是如此。附近有無家可歸的人,但他們從不打擾我們。步行距離內還有地鐵站。總而言之,我們度過了愉快的住宿,是短暫的家庭度假的絕佳選擇

坦白説這個房間是我住酒店以來最糟糕的體驗。不是旅遊旺季，這麼貴的價格住到這麼小的可憐的房間真的讓人很失望，何況他還不在景區內。如果不是早餐還比較可口，真的要給差評。服務人員的態度倒是還可以。衞生是乾淨的！
