The service is good, the people there do really try their best and are very kind. However the place is very unclean, with dust everywhere and not a good smell. The building looks needs to be renovated as it looks very old with wooden floors, cracks on the walls and the bathtub's side coming off. Overall its not the best place however where its located is the main positive about it as its about a 10 minute walk from the collesseum. I wish I got a place a bit further away and cleaner to be honest and if your a clean person like me I would recoemnd this as well.

Camera accogliente e bella, anche se c'erano delle piccole cose da sistemare... Colazione non molto gradevole e servizio non curato e lasciato andare. Il tutto non è malvagio, peccato per la signora che non sa un minimo di inglese, tedesco, italiano... non è organizzata sulla colazione ( posti insufficienti per la clientela, mancanza di latte, caffè, acqua calda per il thè ) Molto peccato.... Potrebbe assumere una donna delle pulizie in più, perché non riesce a stare dietro a tutta la pulizia generale, comprese delle camere.

!!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!! If you are looking for a stress free stay, do NOT stay at this hotel. I have never left a bad review in my life, but there is no way I could let the events of our stay occur, without warning people. I wish I had read other reviews before my stay, as many people have had the same issue with this staff member, who has worked here for 2 years, done the things she has done, and remains employed. On day one and Day 2: breakfast at 10 no issues. Day 3: breakfast at 8, no issues. Day 4: breakfast at 8:15, shouted at immediately that breakfast starts at 8:30 and we cannot eat now. (We had a tour to get to so had to leave by 8:30). We were shocked and went back to our room to get ready and go, and pay for a breakfast elsewhere. Then we decided this was ridiculous as she was immediately aggressive AND she let us eat breakfast at 08:00 the day before. At 8:20, we come out of our room and serve ourselves to the buffet regardless of her screaming about not being allowed to eat until 8:30. We sit down to eat and the screaming and aggression continues, yelling about the rules, about us not speaking italian when we are clearly english tourists, and banging on the table, throwing her pen and phone on the table and behaving like a toddler having a tantrum. In absolute shock we go to our tour, and come back to speak to management. Manager said "she did the wrong thing, but i understand because you were so rude to eat breakfast despite the rules". I admittedly got very heated because i had never been exposed to such aggression, especially over a 10 minute early breakfast when we were "allowed" it at 8am the day before. The manager was in defence of this woman and did not care at all about bad reviews I had mentioned from other people. He said the reason for the breakfast "rule" was to not disturb other customers. I assume eating a croissaint is less disruptive than the absolute abuse thrown our way by his employee. Other customers came out of their rooms when hearing the yelling from the employee and told us they had similar issues with her. Management does not care. I urge all people who have had a similar experience to contact iRooms franchise and share your situation

Notre check in catastrophique, personne à la réception, pas de parking, la ruelle petite, appartement avec une salle de bain où la peinture était caillée et bouton de la douche ne fonctionne pas pour 3 nuitées, les serviettes ne sont pas changées et les petits déjeuners très simples, si vous arrivez vers 9h30 alors que ce service se termine à 10h, il n'y a plus rien et vous vous contentez de ce qui reste à manger, pas de refill. Ne pas demander un expresso à 9h55 car le service s'arrete à 10h, pas du tout aimable si vous ne parlez pas italien. Bref, nous avons réglé pour 3 nuitées mais avons dormi que la 1ère nuitée et nous sommes partis .

Il ne s'agit pas vraiment d'un hôtel. L'établissement est compliqué à trouvé, car dépourvu d'enseigne. Il faut jouer de logique pour trouver Iroom sur l'interphone et pouvoir y accéder. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. (attention, pas de présence 24h/24h). L'hébergement est très bien situé dans Rome et permet des visites a pieds relativement proche. La chambre était spacieuse, mais elle aurait besoin d'un bon coup d'entretien: moisi dans la baignoire, qui devait être un jacuzzi d'après le descriptif, mais qui n'est en fait qu'une simple baignoire balnéo, le rideau des WC qui ne tient plus fermé, etc... les photos parlent d'elles mêmes. Le petit déjeuné est très limité. La literie était très bien par contre Du coup, rapport qualité / prix à revoir

Stayed at the iRooms Rome for 2x nights on our honeymoon. Hotel was excellent and we'd highly recommend. We booked an airport pickup which was organised by the hotel. The room we stayed in had a massive hot tub in the room which was excellent. Everything was clean. The area is good as well as its walking distance to a few places of interest and a few bars and restuarants around it. Highly recommend if your thinking about staying in Rome.

This property is a scam, ******* should remove it immediately. Upon arriving, we were given the wrong room, we were disappointed as the whole premise of irooms are the various themes it offers. We booked ITube and were instead given IZen. We contacted the manager and explained we were given the wrong room- he replied saying “We made the change believing that a larger room would be to your liking. We are sorry if this was not the case.” My husband called to explain we wanted the room we originally booked as we liked the features. Plus the IZen was extremely outdated, had dirty walls, some bugs, a bent toilet seat, and the main door was very hard to close as it got stuck on the wall. The manager told us we could move rooms the following morning. The next morning we received a text stating that the iroom customers would be leaving the NEXT day and then we could switch. Not only did he lie about the day we could switch, he also lied about the reason for not giving us the room we booked- he had said he thought we would like the bigger (albeit worse) room- when in reality he had double booked. We were only staying 4 nights, so half the time wasn’t in the room on our booking, we asked for a refund only to be met with arguments, lies and false accusations. Finally after days of requests, the manager agreed to give a refund, even sent a fake receipt of the refund. It has been a month and we still haven’t received it. Upon contacting him, we were left on read and ignored.

Discusting and dirty place. Strong smell of humidity in the room and a lot of mold in the bathroom. Avoid this place, does not look like the picture at all. Included breakfast, ok but not good and not a lot of choice. The person from the hotel on place does not offer help and they cannot call a taxi for you!! Never get at any hotel like this one!! Do not recomand at all. Very expensive for nothing. The only good side, is the emplacement of the hotel close to everything.

Hotel was clean and what staff we saw was friendly room was clean but has a slight musky smell this is a basic hotel close to everything but very quiet the sink in bathroom is too large and we kept hitting it going to bathroom i wish breakfast was served earlier then 8 as we were out of room by 7 730
