索尼亞飯店(Hotel Sonya)

Команда очень старается. У меня был номер 448 на 4 этаже. Окна на театр. Отель в 5 минутах ходьбы от Термини. В номере чисто. Полотенец, шампуня и геля достаточно. в холодильнике вода - очень продумано. Единственное замечание-не работает полотенцесушитель и поэтому холодно в ванной. Спасибо команде отеля за гостеприимство. С наступающим Новым Годом.

The location of the hotel was amazing it was very close to mostly everything. Checking in went great was escorting to our room and explained everything but our AC remote was broken too. I didn’t like how the TV was way up the wall and on our last night I saw a small cockroach crawling on the wall didn’t get the chance to take a photo of it as got too scared of it. We had 1 still and 1 fizzy water for free throughout our 2 nights thought if it’s a 3 star I would at least expect a free water bottle for the each night.

Amazing hotel staying there for 10 years nearly every year and and everything is fab.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was. I was stranded for a couple days in Rome and decided to spend a couple days here. It was a last minute thing. I am just booked based on location. Upon arriving at the hotel, it surpasses my expectation comparing to the hotel i spent previously. It is very clean and have a beautiful view and breakfast was included which i didnt expect it.

Perfeito para quem quer só usar o hotel para dormir e tomar banho e percorrer Roma a pé. Mas se for para estadias relaxantes e luxo não é o indicado. Para mim serviu perfeitamente, está perto da estação de comboios e facilmente explorei Roma a pé. Televisão tinha poucos canais e praticamente era tudo televendas. Casa de banho é pequeno e estreito, tem água quente sem problemas. Cama é confortável.

I love the Hotek, it was a perfect selection, the personnel is so kindly, the hotel always clean, the rules (breakfast, taxes and fridge) very clear ans communicated from the beginning The location is very accessible walking from everywhere I love really, I recommend of course

Hotel is op loopafstand van het centraal station en alle grote bezienswaardigheden. Straat is onrustig, 'savonds en snachts veel geluid omliggende restaurants en vuilniswagens. Hotel is wat verouderd, badkamer en douche waren erg klein en de douchekop bleef niet omhoog staan. Prima om een paar nachten te verblijven.

Pros: close to train station room was average, not super fancy but still nice complimentary water but tasted disgusting (better off drinking from the fountains) good amount of towels but need to request new ones by leaving them on the ground Cons: beds were alright if not a bit hard blankets could be better and felt like they weren’t really washed the worst part was definitely dealing with the staff- extremely confusing and frustrating given that they switch staff members every couple hours or so and their understanding of english seems to be limited given the amount of misunderstandings we had when trying to resolve the issue, staff was not very accommodating or helpful but rather dismissive and condescending. overall, I would have chosen a different hotel somewhere else in the city and even splurged more to have more pleasant staff and avoid the headache. save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.
