還是非常好的，意外的乾淨。然後因為住的比較晚，沒有完全體驗到住宿的所有東西。然後早餐還是比較標準的美式早餐

We have always counted on any Hampton Inn to be super clean. We had our 2 small dogs with us this trip so we paid an additional amount to have them in the room. I was extremely disappointed that the room smelled horrible and had tons of dog hair that was visible especially in corners. But that wasn’t the worst of it. Upon entering the bathroom there was visible urine on the commode seat. I was shocked. We did not complain as we were exhausted and had the dogs. The front desk staff was awesome upon checkin and maybe our room could’ve been changed but it was easier to clean the necessary areas and just stay in that room. Do those people with dogs get downgraded rooms even though they are charged extra? I just felt like for $250 we should’ve had a much nicer and cleaner room!!!

Helpful staff, excellent breakfast, room was very clean and comfy. Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, which was the reason we went to the area. Would definitely stay there again. My only concern was the noise that the central air made when it came on, but certainly not a deal breaker.

The stay itself was comfortable and the service front desk attendants were very kind. Only problem was the food poisoning my husband got from the breakfast. About 6 hours after our drive home, he began vomiting violently and 24 hours later is still having issues. Maybe just don't eat the breakfast?

Terrible place to stay. Small room, small and uncomfortable beds. here was no way my family of 5 fit in this room. There should only be 4 ppl per room max.

The person who checked us in was friendly and efficient. Hotel is very pet friendly, good breakfast, decent gym. They don't clean the room during your stay (I guess this Covid policy has become the new normal in many hotels), so you have to be proactive about asking for soap, towels, whatever--they are happy to give you whatever you need. Only downside is the surly guy who is the overnight manager--definitely should not be in the "hospitality" industry.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast had good choices. Check in and check out was easy. Was pleased with last minute booking.

Perfect place to launch out into the Cradle of Forestry night time event - a safe comfy place to return to.

Room was very dark, even with all lights on. Not enough light fixtures. Bathroom, however, was very well lit.

Very nice hotel with several restaurants in walking distance. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommendable.

This was a last minute stay. The hotel wasn’t bad. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. They have a small store to purchase snacks, etc. The front desk staff when we checked in was great. The front desk staff when we checked out was too busy talking about personal matters to allow me to ask a question. The breakfast options were great, again…the staff? Not so much.

It was a very quiet place. Great for catching up on some much needed rest. Breakfast was good and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
