阿皮亞公園飯店-會議中心(Appia Park Hotel)

Comodo il parcheggio. Piuttosto decentrato. Camera ampia. Da rivedere la pulizia. Ho trovato il copriletto macchiato (però cambiato subito su richiesta) inoltre le tovagliette della colazione vengono semplicemente spazzolate dopo l’utilizzo. Stanze grandi

1.Rooms 1.1. Doors First we could not unlock the doors - the bathroom's door, the room's door and the balcony's door. 1.2. Lights There are 3 lamps and nothing more. 1.3. The cabinet is broken. 2.Service It was just ok. 3.Location The location is ok. 4. Food Poor choice and it is NOT delicious

Location Appia Nuova they need to add pedestrian to connect Apia Antica by via Pignatelli. Excellent on-site dining— on the terrace try the pasta arrabiata. Pool and tennis I found walkable at the Appia Rome sports Center 10 Euro. Across the street excellent restaurant Laguna Blu seafood. Wonderful desk staff— Blacks show up from US with the usual no random ‘as gov’ theft and terror pretending to be random ‘black families’ on the end of the US. Sono stato per lavoro stanza sporca e polverosa, molto datato , caro e sconsiglio vivamente furto . Personale alla reception scortese . Chiudete fate un favore a chi viene ad alloggiare. Signora addetta alla colazione molto gentile e precisa e presente.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück Buffet reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels nicht im Zentrum aber an der Appia strasse die auch ins Herz von Rom führt. Grosszügige Parkgarage. Wir kommen wieder in dieses Hotel.

Non ha i requisiti di un Hotel a 4 stelle. Camere vecchie, mobili vecchi, copriletti vecchi e per la doccia forniscono solo cuffia e detergente, né accappatoio, né ciabatte . Il frigo è completamente vuoto. La colazione è scadente con torte surgelate, le uova solo sode, affettati di pessima qualità, e la Nutella sostituita da una non meglio precisata crema al cioccolato...Hall da rivedere tutta e termosifoni spenti ai piani e nelle scale. Per finire l prezzo richiesto in struttura è stato più alto di quello riportato sul sito! Insomma lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Ho letto tante recensioni non veritiere...albergo ottimo personale gentile come del resto tutto lo staff merita pure il ristorante cucina buona!perche screditare un hotel immenso nel verde che mette amore e passione in tutto Straconsigliato

Si è verificata una situazione alquanto incresciosa. Nonostante avessimo ricevuto la conferma di prenotazione e avessimo GIA' PAGATO l'intero importo, una volta arrivati in struttura non erano più disponibili le camere. E' successa la medesima cosa con un altro cliente arrivato un'ora dopo di noi. Avevo avvisato l'arrivo in tarda serata. Come potete immaginare dopo mezzanotte risulta difficile trovare un posto dove dormire. Eravamo lì per lavoro e l'indomani avevamo un appuntamento importante. Il disagio creato è stato quindi notevole. Ci hanno proposto una sistemazione in altra struttura a 10km di distanza che a noi risultava però scomoda soprattutto considerando il traffico di Roma. Abbiamo atteso l'arrivo dei carabinieri perchè non c'è stata in alcun modo buona fede. Se come sostenevano c'è stato un disguido e alle ore 22.00 ci si accorge dell'overbooking, avrebbero potuto avvisarmi avendo mio telefono e mia mail. In questo modo hanno dimostrato tutta la loro cattiva fede. Probabilmente questa è una di quelle strutture che si rivende le camere due volte (di cui hanno parlato anche su Striscia la Notizia). Questa volta però il giochino non ha funzionato! Alla fine ci hanno rifilato una stanza, anzichè 2 come avevamo prenotato e pagato, nella struttura a 10km di distanza.

If no bananas was the only issue it would have been an agreeable staying. The building looks nice from the outside and the entrance, though rooms are definitively in need of renovation (however, good the carpet is limited to the common hallways). Wall paper is old indeed and with daylight it looks dirty and on its way out. Breakfast is served until 9:30 am and not before 7…. Anyhow, it consists of a scanty amount of cold food: double choice labels cakes - jam - chocolate cream, stale muesli, half raw boiled eggs, pale ham and cheese, and a few croissants. Canned apricots and a couple of wrinkled apples, kiwi and oranges completes the seemingly live stuff. Not to mention that coffee from the multiple choice machine is the tastiest thing. 4 starts maybe a (long) time ago and definitively not a good deal… Seriously hope there is something better out there…
