羅馬豪華納沃納飯店(Luxury Navona)

We found this wonderful little slice of heaven close to Piazza Navona and Castel Sant Angelo. We had a very special time thanks to Afsoon and team. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Keep up the good work. Cant wait to stay again.

No lo aconsejo si viajas con bebe no se puede subirel careo las escaleras tan estrechas ,la cuna dura sin colchon y te cobran 25 euros y les dijimos que no la habiamos utilizado y no nps devolvieron el dinero

Chambre toute petite et très bruyante. Pas d’électricité pendant 24h Personnel désagréable et agressif et même menaçant Petit déjeuner plus que sommaire : pas de pain… Pas possible de laisser ses bagages le dernier jour. Horrible A fuir!

Sono stato per tre notti in questo bellissimo B&B in pieno centro a Roma. Il personale è davvero cordiale ma parla solo inglese. Questo lo dico perché per una coppia che parla solo Italia potrebbe essere un problema. Le stanze sono davvero belle ed accoglienti, belli doccia e bagni. Unica nota negativa l'insonorizzazione che lascia un po' a desiderare. La posizione della struttura per me è ottima, si è a 15 minuti a piedi da piazza di Spagna, dal Vaticano o da Trastevere. Manca la Metro ma comunque la posizione è splendida. Lo consiglio vivamente, se tornerò a Roma ci tornerei sicuramente.

A fuir en urgence ! Personnel désagréable et menaçant Pas d’électricité dans la chambre pendant 24 h! Aucune compensation ! Petit déjeuner : pas de beurre, pas de pain… Chambre toute petite. Chambre très bruyante : on entend les gens dans leurs salles de bain prendre leur douche !

Horrifically dirty and way over priced . Worst acclimation ever at 330 total extortions and Fraudulent. Could not contact the owner to resolves the issue and then they proceeded to fabricate charges . What a horrible place and horrible customer service

Absolute shambles of a property!!!!! Had booked in 8 months in advance for going to the Ryder cup with friends. Got an email a day before going that it had been cancelled. Very coincidental that properties in the same area were going for over £4000 this weekend and we had it for £700. Ended up staying close to the station where friends had Rolex stolen at gun point and mugged

This is a wonderful hotel. The decor is a perfect balance between traditional features and modern convenience. What is particularly striking is the level of customer service. The team went to extreme lengths to make us comfortable and we were made to feel welcome at all times.

We arrived to discover a room the the most filthy bathroom I have ever soon. For 330 Euros they should be charged with fraud . We tried to check out one day early and it was impossible. We were given the run around and when trying to Demand a refund they Came back at us says there were damages . Utter lies . If you would like a terrible place to stay that is very noisy and filthy this is the place . I have never had such an awful room experience and shocking customer service in my life .
