納沃納俱樂部旅館(Magenta Collection Navona)

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist super, man kommt überall fussläufig hin, die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und alles in einem würden wir immer wieder kommen! Die Ausstattung ist super für einen Städtetrip, man hat eine kleine Terrasse und die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Gerne wieder und vielen Dank! ♥️

No fue lo que esperaba, no es un hotel ni un ab&b, es un hibrido que por el precio no por noche no se relaciona con lo que recibes.

B&B in pieno centro a Roma, a pochi passi da Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori e Pantheon. Ci sono state fornite tutte le indicazioni necessarie per accedere autonomamente alla struttura. L’organizzazione e la pulizia sono ottime. La camera molto carina e confortevole. La posizione strategica permette di visitare la città a piedi anche in pochi giorni.

Great hotel, fantastic service, old building but nothing terrible. Would stay there again.

There is only one benefit to this enterprise, and that is the host. The rest is a disaster. There is no sign at all, but you need four(!) keys to get inside. The second key broke and we could not to get out inside our room for a long time. There was no one working reception, and nobody to answer the phone, as well as no breakfast. Great stay at the Navona. The staff was very welcoming and the place is clean and well located.

Do not use this hotel, they stole my money. I pre-booked a 2 day stay 3 months before arriving at hotel. The room was terrible and wanted to stay only 1 day. The only way to contact hotel representative was using whatsapp texting. There was no hotel employee overnight. I texted my contact and told him I was going to leave the next morning. He indicated he would sent a PDF via text of costs. The Hotel could not provide me with a summary of charges and did not refund for the $330 room and have cut off all contact. Paid $660 for a single night.

The hotel room was very clean, nice and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We loved the location also. It was just perfect for a walk around the city.
