賽文套房飯店(Seven Suites)

Sehr ruhiges Hotel in einer Wohnanlage. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber bei unserem Aufenthalt. Eines ging zum ruhigen Innenhof und hatte einen kleinen Balkon, das andere ging Richtung Straße, was aber auch ruhig war. Die Rezeption ist nur wenige Stunden am Tag besetzt. Wir sind am Abend angereist und sind über 2 Zugangscodes in das Hotel gekommen und die Zugangskarten und ein Schlüssel lagen in einem Umschlag bereit. War alles sehr einfach. Das Früstück gab es bei einer Bäckerei im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes über Gutscheine. Das war auch super einfach und man frühstückt in mitten von Einheimischen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants. Um in die Innenstadt zu kommen sind wir bis zum Circus Maximus gelaufen und dann mit der Vorgebuchten Hop On/Off Tour die ganze Stadt erkundet. Auch einen Shuttleservice vom und zum Flughafen hatten wir über das Hotel gebucht. Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Stanza pulita e ben tenuta. Buona accoglienza e disponibilità. Rientrando dagli USA abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di un check in anticipato e ci hanno accolto dando la massima disponibilità. Colazione al bar convenzionato ottima e con ampia scelta. Molto soddisfatti e punto di riferimento per il futuro

We chose this hotel as it states on their website “…soundproofed windows and walls to guarantee our guests privacy and silence”. A bold claim that I can assure you is absolutely not true. Local residents live above, and you can even hear them walking, let alone anything more than that, which is much louder. Reception is manned 8.30-12.30. Durning this time, the 2 receptionists would speak, mostly loudly, and we could hear all from our “soundproofed room”. We could also hear the cleaners, naturally. When I consulted reception on our first morning, I was greeted with hostility and denial. I explained the situation, asking for a resolution (room change or partial refund). I was told “there is nothing they could do”. It gets worse. I wrote an email. And wow. What a rude, abrupt, in denial response (would ‘Seven Suites’ give me permission to add the email?). To quote a few lines: - “…the rooms are all soundproof, including our windows, just as it says on the site…”. I note that when I quizzed them in person soon after receiving this email, I asked if they thought I was lying. She nodded her head. I wish I was joking. I suggested that perhaps she spends a night in one of the rooms. - “The reception opens at 08.30 every morning and being a very simple paperwork no noise is produced since the receptionists work on the computer in silence, which is why your complaint has no foundation.”. Again, factually incorrect. They spoke many times, constantly waking us up. Same with the cleaners, which we wouldn’t have a problem with normally, but we were “guaranteed” silence in our room. - “We are certainly not responsible for the fact that other guests can make noise in the evening.” When reception is only manned for 4 hours, where there are loud people etc, there is no one to complain to and seek that they stop. Again, no problem if the room is “soundproofed” and “silent”. I note the WI-FI didn’t work on the second day. We had to buy a sim. I also note the room itself was tidy and clean. Just don’t expect a quiet room (quite the contrary, it is very loud) or any sort of solution solving from the staff. I’d book elsewhere!

We had a wonderful 6 night stay at the Seven Suites this week! Very nice room with everything that we needed. Comfortable large bed, nice balcony, nice bathroom. Helpfull staff at the reception in the morning. At other times you can always contact them with WhatsApp and they answer fast. Busstop is in the same street and metro/trainstation within 5-10 minutes walking. Breakfast was in the bakery next door. It was not really our thing but thats a matter of taste 😀 Overall we would absolutely recommend this B&B!!

Wunderbares B&B im Stadtteil Testaccio. Frühstück bekam man in der im EG liegenden Bäckerei. In der Nähe befanden sich verschiedene Pizzerias, Bars, Trattorias und Ristorante, so dass man auch abends unkompliziert was zu essen fand. Die Metro-Station Piramide liegt ca. 750 m entfernt, so dass man leicht zu den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangen kann. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren immer total nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne wieder!

Terrible customer service. To the point that the staff were abusive and non responsive. The place is supposed to be soundproofed but didn’t get a wink of sleep due to the craziness allowed by guests at this place. Avoid at all costs.

Alles gut gelaufen, Nettes Personal, Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, etwa 20 min fussläufig vom Cirkus Maximus, Forum Romanum und Colluseum entfernt. Würde es wieder buchen.

Le fait que l’hôtel ne soit pas dans le centre même de Rome peut faire peur mais grâce aux transports, il est totalement accessible et ce hyper facilement
