Bien situé à l’écart du centre ville dans un quartier calme, la réceptionniste de l’hôtel à notre arrivée à été souriante et agréable ainsi que le reste de l'équipe, notre chambre correcte du 1er étage avec un balcon appréciable, pas de restaurant mais de quoi se restaurer autour…un point noir concernant la salle des petits déjeuners trop petite, peu de tables à disposition et en plus de petites tables et si pas de place nous devons attendre quelque fois 10mn pour qu’une table se libère, étant resté 5 jours au final je comprend le comportement et le stress du personnel qui font tout ce qu’ils peuvent pour satisfaire le client à ce moment là, il est compliqué pour eux de travailler dans ces conditions malgré la bonne volonté de chacun de vouloir bien faire.

Le foto promettevano bene e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti! Un bell'hotel in una ex-villa con giardino privato, in una bella zona di Roma, ricca di sontuose dimore, ambasciate, e splendidi edifici. La camera era pulitissima e luminosa, il personale affabile e professionale. Merita di essere menzionata la colazione, ottima e abbondante, dove ce n'era davvero per tutti i gusti, dal dolce al salato.

我們在飯店住了 4 天，一切都很棒，早餐很棒，工作人員很有禮貌，樂於助人，周圍環境不錯，靠近地鐵。我們真的很喜歡並推薦大家選擇這家酒店。房間也很好。

The service is terrible. The restaurant asked me to leave in 5mins while I had been waiting for my coffee for like 15mins. The neighbourhood was playing loud music until 3am but the hotel gave me a “nothing can help” attitude. I was trying extend my room, one manager told me it can be done but the other told me otherwise.

我當時正在參加一個會議，需要一家不錯的酒店來放鬆一下緊張的一年，但我訂的是地下室房間，裡面很黑，有真菌的味道，牆壁很黑，窗簾也很黑，這是可怕的3 天我住在這裡，因為我也有幽閉恐懼症，我感覺下面很封閉，地板看起來很破舊，地下室的房間與人們離開家的房間沒有什麼不同。這個房間靠近客房服務人員房間，沒有像另一邊那樣的地墊，我被手推車吵醒，工作人員每天開始打掃衛生，這對任何客戶來說都是一個糟糕的選擇。我首先在接待處找到的工作人員（Naustica）非常可愛，友善，昨晚幫我安排了一個更好的房間，樓上的房間很棒，乾淨，現代，寬敞，窗簾選擇也更好。在我結帳時接待處的馬可也是一位甜心。如果有第二次機會，我仍然會選擇這家酒店，因為它位於一個如此可愛的街區，工作人員很友好，早餐很好，但前提是我不再得到那個地下室房間，而是房間類型我到了最後一天。總的來說，這是一家品質不錯的酒店，但它還可以具有現代風格，浴室和地板也可以升級，可以看到它們維護得很好，但已經過時和破舊了。

We like the garden very much and the building is nice.
