There are not too many hotels in Romes city center that have a swimming pool (essential visiting in August at 40 degrees) and also look good, hence we chose this hotel. Pros: - Absolutely fantastic design, perfect blend blend of the historical premise with modern design - Good breakfast: no rushed buffet but stellar a la carte service by attentive staff. - Reception is very helpful with just about anything - Rooms have all the typical amenities, but high attention to detail and quality (e.g. Aqua di Parma shower gel, very cool furniture) Cons: - Might be expected in the city center but rooms were quite noisy. The problem is that the hotel itself adds to the noise with music till very late night. I am a good sleeper but I can imagine this will upset many travelers. The hotel leaves earplugs in the bathroom if that’s an omen. - Service at the swimming pool is not at the same level as the breakfast.

到底是5星的，服務沒話說。貴有貴的道理，細節見真章：進門就熱情主動幫拿行李，前台辦完入住會送你到房間介紹各種設施，房間的電源接頭既有歐標也有我們能用的兩相、usb，女生用的化妝棉棒、頭繩在浴室都有。唯獨說兩點一般的體驗吧：位置離地鐵站略遠，走路5分鐘吧（其實吹毛求疵了，酒店門口就是難得的出租車停靠點）；還有就是馬桶略小，胖子坐着不舒服，而且抽水有點漏水。總體來說是很不錯的一間酒店，還體驗了room service吃了點東西，價格不算很貴，服務到位。

很棒的酒店，位於非常安靜的時尚街。外面的酒店很低調，如果您不需要的話，甚至可以逛逛。我們大約在上午10點到達，正好在中午之前答應了房間。登記入住快捷高效，所有遇到的工作人員都非常友好且樂於助人。房間看起來完全像網站上的圖片。大量的插座和USB端口。浴室很大很豪華。巨大的水壓和大量的熱水。電視大約有10個英語頻道，包括CNN和MSNBC。我們能夠步行到所有著名的旅遊景點，但是當我們共進晚餐時，出租車也很方便。由於我們提早退房，早餐尚未開放，但他們已經準備好“帶走”帶早餐的行李袋，以便我們乘火車旅行。很體貼！

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Rose Palace. The front desk gave us tired travelers a warm welcome that made us relax immediately. Our room overlooked the back of the American Embassy with guards stationed outside 24/7 so it was definitely safe. The hotel is a little off the beaten path from the usual touristy spots in Rome but in a very quiet area. The room was very clean. We had 3 in our room and the 3rd person had to sleep on a full size pull out couch. It was comfy for a pull out (you couldn’t feel the bar under the mattress) but unless you put up the bed every day the only place to sit were the beds. It had a small fridge and the bathroom was updated but limited on counter space around the sink. The buffet breakfast was geared toward a variety of tastes. Scrambled eggs, a variety of pastries, orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, meat, etc. When the weather was nice we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden. There is a tiny grocery store called Co-op around the corner where you can buy the basics. Also on the next block is an ATM in the alcove of the bank entrance that seemed secure to use. Reading older reviews we thought there was a restaurant in the hotel serving dinner but it turned out to just be a small bar. So we walked a couple of blocks north and ate at Cesarina and enjoyed a good meal and friendly staff. There were a lot of other restaurants to pick from in a 2-3 block radius. The ones on Via Vittorio Veneto appeared to be more expensive than the ones northeast of the hotel. There is a taxi stand a couple of blocks away and we used both Uber and inTaxi for rides back to the hotel.

酒店地理位置很好，前台人很nice。共在這個酒店住過兩次，第一次住了兩千多一晚的，這次住了五百多一晚的，入住房間都不在checkin的那棟樓。酒店隔音實在不好，隔壁說話可以聽的一清二楚。兩千多一晚的房間比五百多的房間廁所設施新一點其他沒什麼區別。定了兩次大牀房，都是兩個小牀拼在一起（入住時候沒發現）。這次五百多的房間有股很難以形容的怪味。

A lovely hotel in the beautiful neighbourhood of Parioli. The centre of Rome is about 15 mins in a taxi or a 25 bus journey. Standard rooms are very clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. High ceilings and good quality fittings give the hotel rooms a luxurious feel. Staff are always helpful and friendly. There is also a restaurant and bar on site. We had a great stay here and it was nice to escape the bustle of the city in the evenings.

Hotel was convenient for us to attend the tennis Italian Open at Fort Italia. It was close enough to walk but neighborhood was very dirty and unkept, full of young adults at night at local bars, however, never felt unsafe walking around. We had two rooms- one was excellent very spacious and nicely furnished. The other room was in the basement with a terrible smell, ugly view and very tiny. The breakfast was average, nothing special! The customer service was fair. When returning to the states and receiving my credit card statement, it was apparent that I was billed twice for the same charge. I contacted River Chateau and they insisted they did not, therefore, my bank is pursuing the refund. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
