Our maid has attended a Covid disinfecting course and received her certification in proper disinfection techniques.Check in is 3:00 pm and Checkout is 11:00 am, many days we will have new guest coming the same day you check out. Our maid needs adequate time to clean, change linens and disinfect the house. This beautiful top floor duplex, modern house built in early 2022, is located in the exclusive Islas Del Mar development. It sits close to a gorgeous lagoon and next to renown Jack Nicklaus designed Golf Course. The upstairs unit has a private entrance, 3 bedrooms, each bedroom is air conditioned, two of the rooms have private bathrooms. There is a sofa bed in the Livingroom. It has a large set of sliding doors that welcome you out to the covered patio and a direct access to the pool. The private pool (not a jacuzzi) is for exclusive use of the guests during their stay.
