落基山萬豪萬楓套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Rocky Mount)

객실이 넓고 시설이 깨끗해서 머무는 동안 만족스러웠습니다. 위치는 외곽이었지만 차량으로 이동해서 크게 상관없었습니다.

A/C is too noisy, can’t turn off. Trouble to fall asleep

Rentamos dos habitaciones , la primera tuvimos que cambiarla después de 1 hora porque el aire comenzó hacer ruido. La segunda habitación alrededor de las 4 am el aire comenzó a sonar igual ,un ruido terrible, no pudimos descansar nada. El staff del Hotel hizo buceos sobre el incidente pero no dieron ninguna solución al problema.

Compared to other Marriott Hotels, this place was sub-par. The weather *****ping was coming off the door, the water barely came out of the sink faucet, not even enough to wet a toothbrush. The soap bottle attached to the wall in the shower came off and fell on my foot-painful! The conditioner bottle had already fallen off the wall and was sitting on a shelf in the shower! When I reported this to the front desk, she said all the rooms are like that-totally a problem that should be able to be fixed, it's unexceptable!! The bed reading lights didn't work. We reported it to the front desk and they offered us another room but when we went there, those didn't work either so they said there was nothing else they could do about it. The elevators were super slow. The booth tables in the breakfast eating area were unable to get your legs under because the legs of the table were slanted towards the booth seats and couldn't be moved.

The hotel appears to have been recently updated with new carpet and updated furniture. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned and prepared. Fingerprints and spills on the furniture, the bathroom floor was dirty and had urine behind the toilet, the stream of water from the bathroom faucet was just above a trickle, and the deadbolt on the room door malfunctioned, making it difficult to close the door. Very disappointing for a Marriott property. The good news is that the staff was courteous and the breakfast was as expected.

New and clean hotel. Very professional check in. Very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast very nicely server. Super clean, nicely served. Variety of food.The breakfast ladies are like moms in the kitchen - adding food to make sure that nothing is missing. Wonderful job!!! The room very clean, comfortable beds, nice furniture. Very nice large bathroom. The hotel itself it's kind of hidden behind the other hotel so it's really quiet. The windows are not directly on the highway or noisy street.

It was horrible! The clerk was apathetic and didn’t seem happy for us to be there. We got to our room and it was freezing inside, and right next to the elevator I went down to the front desk and asked if there was another room available. I was told there were no rooms available and he would call maintenance to check the heating. The clerk then went to the room with us and determined that the heating didn’t work and would move us to another room. Thought there were none available??? Then when I took the elevator down to the lobby to get more luggage from the car, the alarm went off and after several attempts to get out of the elevator I was able to do so, but the alarm kept sounding. When I told the clerk about it, he said it needed to reset itself but it didn’t. So we got in the now available room and found almost no water pressure in the bathroom sink. But decided to stay there because the night was already ruined. At the included breakfast, there was limited selection and really not useful except for some warm coffee. Marriott needs to fix this place! I should get a refund for all the aggravation.

It was the worst experience of our life. All night their heater kept booming loudly every 10 minutes thus disturbing our sleep. We finally complained at midnight and was rudely told because we were a third party booking she could not do anything. She then proceeded to come barging in my room after she lay ha e found out I stay at a lot of Marriott all over the world. She then stated she was willing to swap out room but that a lot of them had heating issues. So why give out rooms to customers when you know its not upto Marriott standards. After she made some adjustments to the heater we decided to stay also my husband was very exhausted and stated he didn't want to get out of bed so late so we stayed but once again the booming went in all night Ar that point we must have dozed off in exhaustion at 9am finally and we had another day of driving. When we finally checked out the manager Vanessa was rude didn't want to discuss anything bcz apparently u was a third party booking , she also had the audacity to hang up on me when my husband asked her to Atleast send us the booking email. She finally did after giving us so much grief. You should STOP marketing their properties immediately. We would like a refund ASAP. Sangeeta & Kush Makhijani
