酒店房間設施破舊，面盆都裂了一條縫，房間佈局很奇怪，洗面盆竟然佈置在房間裏，衞生間倒挺大，但衹有淋浴和馬桶。因為衹是一個路過歇腳的地方，也沒過多注意其他的。倒是旁邊有一個叫紅樓的中餐館，是自助餐$15/人挺便宜，很多老美在裏面吃，菜品還不錯。

I always book Hyatt Place when travel because when traveling to an unknown area, it is a brand I can trust. This time I was mistaken. This hotel needs serous updates. The sheets and pillowcase were worn out . Hotel sheets should look new not worn. The shower has black stuff everywhere. The staff was nice but I will now do research before booking based on name

This property is in very good condition. We were very happy staying here on our way back home. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Very clean room and bathroom. We would definitely stay here again when in Roanoke.

My check was very smooth the young man was very nice, unfortunately he didn’t let me know that the room I was in, the phone wasn’t working and never check on it to say whether or not how the progress was going, other than that it was a nice stay.

We have spent several holiday stays at this hotel. The staff are always kind and knowledgeable. Presently, renovations are taking place, so there was a bit of untidiness and noise, but otherwise, a great stay as always.

It was okay. The rooms were nice and big. The outside of building was scary. No outdoor lights on and a lot of mud and bushes around building. The front entrance was worn down and did not even look like a Hyatt Place that I have stayed at before. There was nothing made in the bakery area or in the bar space. Looked like it was closed up and like we were walking into a time zone.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hyatt. Trash/crumbs on the floors. We even found toenail clippings on floor between beds. Very grimy. Def not what I’ve grown accustom to when staying at a Hyatt
