- Breakfast is a disaster for the price! Only inferior food packed in plastic. - Floors in the corridors partly broken with accident potential - Strong smell of sewage in the bathroom - Windows leaky, street noise particularly disturbing in the evening and at night - Reception with very poor English, customer requests are not taken seriously. Promises are not kept. Even the hotel management does not honour verbal promises! - Most of the time one of the two lifts is out of order.

The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and elegantly decorated, giving it a relaxed home-like feeling on top of all, the bathroom has one of the largest toiletries I have seen even in 5-star hotel.
The location is very conveniently accessible, yet not crowded with a large variety of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls within walking distance or minutes of drive.
The staff are professional, friendly, and service-oriented from the receptionist (a big shout-out to Yasser) to the housekeeping team would do anything to make you happy and a want to come back again and I will.

Fire alarm went off for the whole hotel at 3am which was really annoying and disturbed my sleep.
Room cleaner didn’t come till late afternoon.
Carpet has burn marks.
Elevator in poor condition.
Reception people are very nice.

The worst hotel you will experience in Town. Maintenance workers will spoil your night and wake you up very early in the morning, you not be able to get enough sleep and you will start your day with anxious and exhausted feelings. If you want to spoil your night with waisting your money as well spoiling your trip, then this is the hotel for that. Never and ever recommend it to anyone.. the worst experience in my life.

A hidden gem in Riyadh. I love every single detail about this hotel. So much practical and affordable. Check in and out was the easiest thing ever. Room was super clean and spacious and amenities in the room exceeded those 5 stars hotels Much recommended
