我們參加了在裏加舉行的婚禮，並於2020年2月在貝爾維尤酒店（Bellevue Hotel）住了1周-我們的經歷非常愉快。我們住在8樓，那裡的房間很大，有一個小廚房。這些超舒適的大房間絕對值得多花一些錢。即使我們有沙發，旅行床，大雙人床，2張書桌和許多行李，我們的18個月大嬰兒仍有足夠的地板空間可以在房間裏跑來跑去。 所有工作人員都非常樂於助人，特別是在訂購出租車時（請注意，在裏加租用有嬰兒汽車座位的出租車會很棘手！但是前台真的很樂意為我們安排所有這些工作）。 早餐是標準的歐陸式早餐-多餘的裝飾不多，但我們想要的一切都很新鮮。 我們絕對推薦這家酒店，尤其是小廚房-位於8樓的客房，物有所值，特別是對於年輕家庭而言。 感謝所有員工的美好住宿，當我們回到裏加時，我們一定會再次入住這裏！這些超級舒適的大型公寓。即使我們有沙發，旅行床，大雙人床，2張書桌和許多行李，我們的18個月大嬰兒仍有足夠的地板空間可以在房間裏跑來跑去。窗戶上的景色也很棒（房間裏有一個巨大的牆到牆的窗戶，通過它您可以看到裏加的很多地方）。 該酒店的場地內設有一家美容院，當我們參加婚禮的那一天確實為我們節省了很多時間，所以我必須做好準備。 所有工作人員都非常樂於助人，特別是在訂購出租車時（請注意，在裏加租用有嬰兒汽車座位的出租車會很棘手！但是前台真的很樂意為我們安排所有這些工作）。 早餐很好-每天都有新鮮麵包，各種冷熱食品，大量新鮮水果和蔬菜以及精美的糕點。一切都很乾凈和新鮮，這就是我們想要的。 我們絕對推薦這家酒店，尤其是8樓設有小廚房的商務-行政公寓，它們確實物有所值，尤其是對於年輕家庭而言。 感謝所有員工的美好住宿，當我們回到裏加時，我們一定會再次入住這裏！

里加大都會酒店的整體體驗很棒。我和哥哥住了6晚 - 我們很喜歡這次訪問,特別是酒店。物理設施很智能,設備齊全,很乾淨!工作人員很友好,效率很高,最熱情好客。位置方便到老城區所有。早餐很優秀...在頂部...所以豐富,幾乎不需要午餐。房價對於收到的整體價值來說非常公道。通用汽車訂婚了,似乎到處都是....,肯定會一次又一次地留在大都會。

這個週末住在這裡真是太高興了。在這家精緻而古怪的酒店，我們被當成皇室對待。我們選擇在這裡住一周年，我們的套房俯瞰著公園，景色十分迷人-從四張海報床到巨大的浴缸。床真舒服，我睡過的最柔軟的床單！這裡對細節的關注令人驚訝-我們非常感動，酒店甚至確保為我們提供純素松露，因為他們知道我們是純素的。水療中心是如此豪華，裝飾精美，是一個休閒的地方。早餐是多種多樣的，設置是可愛的。強烈推薦給任何想要留在其他地方的人。

Very lovely hotel! It was warm and cozy, organic design, clean room and fantastic view onto the old town!

This is by far the best Hampton by Hilton I have stayed at. We are staying in a room with a queen bed and a pull out sofa. First time in my life while staying at this hotel group pullout sofa was made ready to sleep in, and I did not have to call for someone to make it. This matters, especially when you arrive late in the day, especially when traveling with kids. Room and hotel - very clean. Staff - very kind and helpful. This surely will be our hotel to stay at when revealing through RIX. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is situated in Old Riga not far from the castle and river. We stayed for 3 nights and were upgraded to a slightly larger room with a settee, table, coffee machine and double aspect view. Positive points: large, quiet, room with really comfy bed and different type of pillows (extra firm and very soft). Nice toiletries, fluffy towels, slippers and bathrobes. Heating was very effective! Location - easy to walk into town and down to the river. Welcoming front desk staff who speak excellent English. Nice array of breakfast options (including local cheeses, meats and fish). Nicely decorated dining rooms and lobby. Small one metre wide pool on top floor with loungers and a sauna (need to ask reception to turn on 30 mins ahead of using) Improvement ideas: cooked breakfast was a bit lukewarm on occasion and only one coffee machine was working which led to queues. No T bags or milk supplied - although there was a kettle (and fruit T bags). Sink outside bathroom which was a bit odd? It’s not a 5 star hotel - but a good city centre 4 star which was busy with lots of corporate guests during our stay. You can pre-order a taxi from reception to the airport for about 28 euros (10-15 minutes).

位置太好了，老城新城一前一後，馬路對麪是一個不小的公園，走路就可以的老城了所有景點，衛生也不錯房間也不小，停車24小時15歐，如果到店晚的話，可以把車停在街邊，2.6歐第一小時，第二小時3歐，晚8點到第二日早上8點免費

美麗的地方，酒店乾淨整潔，早餐豐富，服務周到，朋友們如果又到這裏的可以直接選擇，建議入住，出門逛街也很方便

我們在這個酒店住了幾次,但是服務水平越來越差。位置還可以,但即使是經濟型房間的價格也不能彌補您將面臨的糟糕體驗。首先,絕對不是4*酒店,最多3*如果幸運的話能得到一個好房間。房間本身很小,牀位設置不舒服,房間髒得可怕。即使房間“準備就緒”也不表示乾淨。入住的時候,我們發現前客人在入口門後有一排空瓶罐罐。淋浴的水不排水。我們談了好幾次,但是什麼也沒做。早餐每天早上都一樣,早餐區域很小,擠桌子之間都擠不出來。咖啡機太老了,幾乎不能用,咖啡又糟糕又便宜。工作人員太絕望了,他們故意撒謊。如果忘記了什麼,不要希望拿回來。我們之前入住的時候,我們把珠寶留在房間,退房後馬上聯繫了酒店。他們很好地回答說,所有東西都找到了,我們可以在下次入住時收集珠寶。我到達前三週打電話給酒店,要求準備我們的東西,這是承諾的。但是到達時,我被告知他們從未確認過任何事(甚至我書面確認過),後來他們發現的不是我的珠寶,最後他們沒有時間處理我的請求。如此絕對無助、粗魯和撒謊的工作人員。我們和經理談過,他答應解決這件事,但照例什麼也沒做。

My stay at this hostel was absolutely amazing, the staff are amazingly helpful and friendly! The atmosphere is fantastic too, there is always something planned to do in the evening times, and the staff are more than happy to help when recommending activities and places to visit! One weekday a frisbee golf afternoon was planned and I loved it! The beer on draught at the bar was clearly well maintained and was of high quality! The breakfast on offer was exceptional also with a variety of foods sure to keep anyone happy! Free Tea and Coffee is a lovely touch too! My dorm (the 10 bed) was always clean, as were the showers, toilets, common area and kitchen space. I would happily return to this hostel, and I intend to, as it really made my visit to Riga special, Thankyou to all of the staff and volunteers there for providing such a lovely experience!
