峴港半島飯店是峴港新開的飯店之一,於2022-09-22正式運營。旅客們會發現Travel、Nha Tho Giao Xu An Hai和Thich Di Phuot Store距離飯店都不遠。飯店佔盡地理之宜,【古樸優雅】峴港THE'SPA體驗、美溪海灘和峴港韓江富貴號遊船離此都很近。飯店對客房的裝飾十分考究,每間設施齊全的客房都配備有房內保險箱、空調和衣櫃/衣櫥。有飲水需求的旅客,飯店還為您提供了電熱水壺和瓶裝水。除此之外,配備有拖鞋和24小時熱水的浴室是您消除一天疲勞的好地方。酒吧旨在為旅客和您的朋友提供一處消遣的場所。如果旅客想在自己的房間舒適的用餐,飯店可提供客房服務。除了這些飯店內提供的餐飲服務,離飯店不遠處CAFÉ INDOCHINE(海鮮)的烤牛肉、Hai san Cua Bien(Hải Sản Cua Biển)(海鮮)的烤大蝦以及復古廚房和酒吧(亞洲菜)的美食,也是來這座城市出行不容錯過的美食之選。房客既能在 健身室揮灑汗水,也可以在按摩室放鬆身心。飯店的會議廳和商務中心將熱情的服務與專業的素質完美地結合在一起。為了方便旅客,外幣兌換服務已為您準備就緒。
RRuan Ming Jun (The Good King)這家飯店乍看之下不錯——景色優美,房間寬敞,裝潢精美。表面上看,感覺像是高檔飯店。
但優點也就僅限於此了。房間內的設施非常簡陋,說實話,與房間的等級相比顯得很廉價。考慮到價格(一點也不便宜),整體感覺令人失望。
早餐簡直是一場災難──品質差,種類少,遠低於這家旅館應有的水準。這讓接下來的入住體驗蒙上了一層陰影。
此外,前台工作人員態度冷漠。每次我上前詢問,都感覺像是在打擾他們,而不是受到熱情歡迎。熱情好客的真諦在於真誠周到的服務,但這家酒店在這方面做得非常糟糕。
結論:美麗的景色和寬敞的房間無法彌補糟糕的服務、難吃的早餐和令人失望的設施。絕對不值這個價。我不會再入住這家飯店。
FFalang Si Thong ༅ฝรั่งสีทองGreat service. The receptionists are very friendly and resourceful. The AC and the fridge weren't working when we checked in and on the next day we complained and the receptionist said she'd send some guy to fix it in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later the cleaning maid arrived and fixed the fridge but the AC was working very poorly during the entirety of our stay and it was pretty hot in the room.
The room is amazing, very nicely prepared but it is not cleaned very often. They only exchanged the towels and amenities and they allegedly always clean thoroughly on the 3rd day, however they did not.
My girlfriend and I wanted to extend the stay but on the 3rd day when we came back the floor was still full of sand from the beach and dirty. They didn't clean the room thoroughly, only exchanged the towels and amenities so we decided we'd change the hotel to one with a better standard and cleaning services.
The breakfast buffet was good and abundant but when we came at 8:00, there was almost no food left even though there was still 30 minutes left. On our last day, I wanted to grab a few pieces of bread with potatoes back to my room because we were rushing to Ba Na Hills so we wanted to check out straight after the breakfast. However, when I went towards the elevator, the breakfast guy approached me and started speaking something in Vietnamese and took me to some hidden place where the rules of the dining room are written and pointed with his finger at some rule and showed that it was impossible to take some bread and potatoes back to the room because it's forbidden to have bread and potatoes in the room. At least that's what he said in Vietnamese, I think.
I had to stay in the dining area and finish my bread and potatoes and we were late to our Ba Na Hills appointment because of this utter nonsense. I only ate a little and left all the bread and potatoes on the table and it went to waste because I already bit it and touched it with my hands and my bacteria so they cannot redistribute it for other guests. Or can they? I don't know because I left. I hope they didn't waste the food they didn't let me take with me yet - at the same time - I hope they at least donated it to some church or the poor because I am a strong enemy of food waste.
Also the flip flops in the room they gave us were not faired. Three for the right foot and only one for the left foot.
Despite all the inconveniences, I'd recommend this hotel for anybody who wants to save up a few bucks. The receptionists and the cleaning maids are very professional and most of them understand English. The breakfast guy, however, does not and couldn't keep the professional profile.
I hope they improve by the next time I vist to review this hotel again and find out what the standard will be.
