中心凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Central)

This hotel is 3rd Grade hotel I never stayed in such a low quality hotel. No cleanliness entering to the lobby in the lobby entrance so many used cigarette pieces were scattered around the entrance gate. The bedspread had holes in a few spots, not a quality bread spread. The reception staff told me there will be free breakfast will be served between 6:30 am - 9:30 am EST. I came down at receiption asked for breakfast the lady was sitting in the reception she told the breakfast serving person not responding he didn't show up waited until 8:30 am walked out with so much disappointment. In the balcony had use cigarette piece though this room was non somking room. Very disappointed never ever go to any Quality Inn hotel in the future I never recommend any of my friends.

In one room the heating didn’t work, in the other there was no cold water from the sink (you burn your hand with the hot water). The room had two doors and both didn’t close very well

Property looks abandoned. Hard to find rooms. Scary atmosphere. But our room was comfortable and clean. Elevator did not work.

I awoke to bugs crawling up the wall in my room! It was horrifying! Front desk staff never at the desk when I needed help. I had to wait at least 20 minutes both times. No breakfast was served but with the bugs I probably would not have eaten anyway.

Hotel ia run down. Most of it is boarded up. The part that is still in half working order is filthy. Checkin area had no heat. The first room we were given the door would not open. Had to go get a new room. The elevator is dangerous and was not level to the floor. In the morning it was inoperable. The doors and furniture were so dirty. The entire place was run down, dirty and dangerous. If this is a 6 i would hate to sèe a 3. The app will not let me add photos.

No heat in the lobby of the Hotel or the hallway -- when it was 35 degrees out.    Construction fencing all around the place.  One of the buildings the door was closed off with plywood. Are they serious? Never again.

The staff was nice but the accommodations were lacking. The repairs look like they were done by a teenager. No coffee pot in room. Towels were stained. Smelled like **** the whole time even though it claims non smoking. I know it was priced less than other places so your expectations shouldn’t be high, but it was over priced for the experience.

I had to switch rooms because the sink was leaking, and the guy never left the office to check it out or bring me a key. The carpet in the hallway is still wet, probably because they haven’t looked at it yet. I had to go to the office to get a key to another room that he didn’t even bother to inspect. Upon entering the second room I found that the deadbolt isn’t properly secured the door, the faucet in the bathroom is about to fall off, there are stains all over the sheets and hairs that are not mine. I go to get breakfast in the morning the front desk tells me the breakfast guy didn’t show up today. No sorry… nothing. Then on my way back to the room I notice at the same hotel has a unsafe notice attached to it. So I’m wondering how is it that they are still operating?! I will be submitting a cancel request with my bank. What a terrible experience. This place should be condemned.

It was clean and nice I just had trouble getting a room lady gave me 3 rooms and had to open my door in order for me to get a room other than that it was nice
