We are also glad to know our front desk staff were friendly and polite and that your kitchen was well-equipped.We sincerely apologise that the construction noise from the site directly across the street was disruptive to your sleep, especially with work starting at 7.00am. We understand how frustrating this is, and we regret that this external factor negatively impacted the comfort of your stay. While the construction is outside of our control, we are actively looking into solutions, such as offering rooms on alternative sides of the building or on higher floors, to mitigate the noise for our future guest stay. We do try our best to accommodate all requests subject to room availability. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It is also wonderful that you found our location super convenient.I am sorry to hear that your stay didn't necessarily go to plan. On arrival you agreed to the terms and conditions of stay along with our house policy which restricts the total number of people permitted in a 2 bedroom apartment to 5 people maximum, this was explained on check-in. I apologise that you may have not been met with the friendliest of demeanours from our security and front desk staff, but I am sure they tried to remain as patient as they could. as I'm sure you can reasonably imagine the security team has quite a task ensuring our policies are adhered to by all guests for the safety and comfort of all occupants in the building.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the not too distant future.
