里士滿市中心萬怡飯店(Courtyard Richmond Downtown)

Overnight stay to avoid driving after fabulous dinner and wine at Sprezza one street over. NYE. Pay parking deck next to property and street parking valet or self. Jaz was amazing and friendly at checkin. Spouse was dissapointed no breakfast included. This is dual property with Residence Inn which does include breakfast. Body wash was low in shower.

It was an excellent stay. Very easy check in valet parking was very smooth. We had DoorDash deliver our dinner and everything was excellent. I had to have surgery the next day at the hospital and staying at the courtyard at Marriott was exceptional.

A "restaurant on site" is stretching the meaning of restaurant. but there are plenty of very good restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The lobby was clean.. The room could’ve used a little more TLC the ceiling were dusty, the covers had ink stain and other stains on it. The bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. Parking across the was $18 for 24 hours. There’s a lot of places to eat and drink at. Housekeeping cleaned my room and left the pee stain on the bathroom floor that was there when we checked in. I definitely will return, rooms just need more of deep cleaning. Housekeeping needs to be trained.

Nice hotel. Nice area, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great options! Valet parking is the only draw back but it is downtown, so expected.

Best service we got here was from Gary the bartender. He was outstanding under considerable pressure from a busy crowd, but kept his chin up with no visible help! Room was super clean, but we did not get maid service for the one full day we were there. 3rd time staying here, and we will be back! Very conveniently located. Paid parking across the street is very close, but adds up if you are in and out a lot. Valet is available.

Not the best. Cleanliness was OK. Bathrooms a little worn. Bed not very comfortable.
