公園裡塔飯店(The Towers on the Park)

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Customer service has a bad attitude and cheats customers. I would never consider living here again

Everything is as more than satisfactory except the smell of the cleaning product that is used when servicing the room. As soon as you open the door the smell ( Albeit sanitised)hits you. It’s ammonia based, same as my mother uses. Either Exit mould or 30 seconds… I’m not sure. Either way the odour could be neutralised with something more pleasant As I mentioned, apart from that, very satisfactory. Would stay again

I had a comfy room on the top floor on the corner of two busy streets but didn’t hear any road noise and slept well. Booked a room with a kitchenette which was handy and was upgraded to a room with a spa bath which unfortunately I didn’t get to try. I like walking and enjoyed the fact that I was close to Hagley Park and walked both through it and around it. Great location. Friendly staff.

The photos definitely are taken in a way that make the room look a lot better than it is but in saying that, it has everything standard that you need. The benches could have been wiped down after they had been cleaned as I put the bags on the bench when we first arrived and the bottoms were soaked with the water that was still all over the bench- they were just grocery bags so it didn't matter that much. The rooms could do with a little TLC- the bathroom bench in 308 looks like it needs refixing to the wall as its not attached by one whole side, the cabinets and draws in the kitchenette all stick. Maybe a cloth and window scraper left to use in the rooms would be great as the windows were running with water when we woke and they were still wet and pooling on the sills when we went to bed the next night. Other than that is was a great place to stay with off road parking, walkable distance to the hospital which is why we chose it, the bed was really comfortable and the electric blankets were great. The bracket that allows the tv to swing right out was really handy.
