Llegamos a las 12:22 am y estaba cerrada la recepción, no había nadie para hacer el check in. Nos tuvimos que ir y reservar otro hotel, también en hoteles.com Desde el 30 de Julio avisé de este problema a hoteles.com solicitándoles que ellos vieran con el hotel la devolución completa de mi dinero y NO me han devuelto nada, me han mandado correos que lo van a ver con el hotel, pero hasta hoy 10 de Agosto, no me han dado respuesta, ni la devolución del dinero completo de la reservación. Estoy esperando que lo hagan. La noche anterior ya me había quedado en ese hotel, eso lo pagaron mis familiares, por eso yo reserve ahí y que mal me fue.

Never leftva review before but feel the need to compliment the lovely lady on reception. A gorgeous smile on arrival, friendly, helpful, sexy and drop dead gorgeous. I would stay here again just yo see her.

The Inn at Lake Washington was clean and affordable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I will definitely recommend them to a friend and stay there again when I'm in the area.

Extra lock was broke looked like door was kicked in at one time. Had a big big on the wall staff was nice

All in all the experience was great in every way for a lower budget motel. It was as good as any Ive stayed in, and maybe the best for easy parking, courteous reception, clean and quiet. My only problem was there wasnt cold water in the plumbing so I couldn't get the shower cool enough to tolerate. I reported it to the office and am curious to find out if they fixed the problem.
