「Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Keep up your good work and you will go a long way! Thank you also to the ***agement and team of Doubletree Goa!」

「All in all the stay was good or okay. The staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean. Unfortunately it was really hot and there was no ac. The fan only worked on the highest level super fast so there was a lot of wind, which hurt my throat. I asked for some hot water to make myself some tea but that wasn’t possible. My partner found out there was a nice terrace on the day we left - would be great to know about that earlier. Also the warm shower water didn’t work- only sometimes for a short period in the afternoon.」

「The hotel is showing its age. But the staff are courteous and respond quickly, the water in the bathroom is hot, the bed is big and comfortable, and the river view from our elite suite was great. Breakfast was average for this type of accommodation. The highlight was the daily rearrangement of the cutlery. Cleanliness could be better. TV and internet could be improved. But overall, not bad for a budget hotel.」
