Ver y clean an excellent Service the pool is awesome it’s a good hotel

Location is great ! Parking was plentiful . The pool looked very nice and clean . Booked a room for two nights. Confirmation email said it was a smoking room. I immediately called and asked for a non - smoking room. Gentleman happily changed rooms, but said it was the only non-smoking room left for our visit. We arrived at 3:00 p.m. and they allowed us to check in early since the room was ready. The room smelled horribly of smoke and was seriously dated with old, dirty carpet and desperately in need of new paint. The room was a good size, but everything about it was old and dated. I booked our reservations online and they were non-refundable. We only stayed one of the two nights I paid for, as I was not staying another night in that room. I paid for breakfast for two morning, expecting a hot breakfast, but it was just a continental breakfast.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Place looks nothing like advertised pictures. Rooms were filthy and unsanitary. If you must, use your own towels and do not sleep on the beds!

Front desk staff was pkeasant, rooms are adequate for what i needed at the time which was a bed and shower whike visiting a sick family member in the area.

My 1st night my heat didn't work so my room was freezing cold. Next day they moved me to another room. The heat worked but the shower curtain only covered half the tub and wouldn't stay open so the bathroom floor got flooded. I reported this at checkout. I wasn't offered any tyoe of refund for my 1st night with no heat or 2nd night with bathroom flooding when showering. The breakfast they offered was little muffins, bagels or bread and juice. Very disappointed with my stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the bed was very soft. Also, the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan, which causes the steam to stay in the room.

Easy linen swap during our stay. The value for the dollars spent was excellent. This was for New Year's eve

Upper door lock is broken. When entrance door is closed and locked I can observe the street through the holes.
