The wine'd down social with complimentary wine, cheese & crackers was a welcome surprise. The staff was incredibly friendly as well. The pool & hot tub were well maintained and the steam room & dry sauna were clean. A few screws on the floor of the sauna were popping loose, so I would be careful going in there. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Unfortunately on our last day there, they ran out of scrambled eggs and biscuits well before the closing time. Overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

First time at this hotel and we LOVED it here! We will definitely be back. Everything was top notch. The look and feel was so inviting. The whole hotel had a wonderful smell that just made you feel relaxed. Our room was beautiful and clean. The wine and cheese happy hour was a lovely touch as was the 8 pm milk and cookies. My favorite part of the hotel was the indoor heated salt water pool and the outdoor jacuzzi. The Avenue was a wonderful place to have a winter weekend getaway. Looking forward to returning!

This is our secret little getaway for a quick weekend trip in the winter. This property knows how to stand out from the rest. Not only is the place lovely with updated amenities, but they also go above and beyond with their daily wine and cheese from 5 to 6, and milk and cookies at 8 pm. The location is also fantastic. Walking distance to everything.

Love this hotel. A**osphere is always positive. Amenities are the best. Buffet breakfast has everything you need. Wine and cheese at 5:00 is a perk. Will be back in June. Someone taking us in the golf cart and beach chairs to the beach is nice. At night sitting around fire pit with waitress service for drinks.What else can you ask for.

The deco is perfect for the setting. The rooms and indoor gathering areas wrap you a cozy beach vibe.

Prime season breakfast is much better than off-season breakfast (and is still delicious). Amenities are excellent!

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in the state of Delaware, even more so on the eastern seaboard. The staff was extremely friendly. The amenities are clean, and above what we expected. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay here and we would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone traveling in Rehoboth, Delaware. Five stars is an understatement. Location is a 10, service is at 10, cleanliness is a 10, friendly staff, great restaurant, directly on premise and also lovely restaurants all around the area. Yeah Avenue in made my significant others birthday that much more enjoyable. Thank you guys so much and we will see you soon.

The Avenue Inn and Spa is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. A block from the beach, it is in the middle of everything yet very quiet and comfortable. It is extremely clean, very recently renovated and the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The décor is beautiful, the wine and cheese is wonderful and the buffet breakfast is delicious. Also, the Blue Hen restaurant does not disappoint. We will stay there again for sure...and soon!

I love staying at the Avenue, however this time was not their best. Although the room was great and very clean, the absence of a full-length mirror in my suite was annoying as I had 2 events to attend. The location of my room was also an issue as the people on the floor were quite loud and made no effort to talk quietly, even well past midnight. Finally, breakfast Sunday was a huge disappoin**ent. Getting there at 9:30, there were no fresh omelets, no fruit, very little ham, and even fewer rolls. The garbage cans were so full on both days i had to report it so plates wouldn't be littered all over the floor.
