Great room

Muy limpio / personal muy amable / muy conveniente/ sólo servía un elevador eso si fue lo único no muy favorable /y el desayuno muy básico / pero más puntos a favor que en contra eso si .

Oh, I was staying alone for a doctors recheck appointment. I was taking a shower and completely and clothes in my room when one of the staff members attempted to come in and said they needed to search the entire floor because they believed someone was smoking on that floor. I explained to them that I was uncomfortable letting them in while standing there dripping in a towel. The employee (a woman) kept pounding on the door for at least 3 minutes, yelling and threatening that she would call the cops. I explained that was not dressed, was not comfortable letting another person in my room during that time and that I would let her search it later. She was not happy with us and attempted to charge my room for smoking fee charges although I stayed there for one night. I am now taking this app with my credit card company.

Clean and comfortable. Stafg was friendly. Good breakfast available. Wish the laundry machines took cards, since I wasn't carrying cash.

Every time I'm in the area, I stay at this hotel. I feel safe and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants within a 3-mile radius. If you want to catch a movie there's an AMC right down the street about half a mile.

The price was great for the value. There was a bus stop very close by, many businesses were within walking distance. The late checkout was nice

Upon walking into the hotel you can smell that it is clean. Hotel offers food and breakfast at a fee. The room was clean but the room felt very stale and stuffy and water did not get hot just mid level warm. The carpet needs a deep clean because me and my husband were both sneezing non stop from dander. Easy check in and out.

The hotel was comfortable and offered nice amenities. I didn't get maid service on the second day, which was indicated in the information sheet they provided at check-in, but that wasn't crucial to me. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly, checking in and out was easy, the area around the hotel is nice. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure!
