Upon arrival the receptionist was very polite and professional.
However when walking in to the room it was clear the room was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned the bin was full of rubbish, the floor had confetti all over it, the bed had not been made or changed from the previous guest, there were dirty towels still in the bathroom from the previous guests, along with used glasses from the bar. I brought this to the receptionist and the only response I got was if you want to change room you can but it’s the other side of the hotel. Well, whoever is the cleaner or manager of this establishment either need a refresh on customer service, or totally need more training as I would be highly disappointed and ashamed if I was either one of of those people. Most certainly is not the way to run a hotel and it’s safe to say I will never stay here again. Didn’t even get an apology very disappointed.
