雷丁希爾頓惠庭飯店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Redding)

I liked the hotel and staff and that it is pet friendly. They have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Also plenty of towels and the room are big. The coffee maker was dirty and the pillows had a weird smell. But I’m willing to give it another chance. I will stay there again on my way back from Washington

A beautiful newly built hotel geared to business or multi night travelers. Our room ( I can’t recall if this is a standard room or not but it has a king sized bed,) has a refrigerator, microwave, automatic dishwasher, and a nice desk work station, and large walk-in shower. Great bed with soft pillows and bedding’s. Had a wonderful and friendly check- in with a very nice young night manager. Haven’t tried the coffee yet….. so we will see. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. First time at this brand hotel and will look for it on future travels.

The staff was amazing and very professional. The room was great, it had a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, dishwasher. I have nothing bad to say about this property, I will definitely stay there again.

They refuse to service the room. I was staying 4 nights. When leaving for work on the third day I stopped by the desk and asked them to service the room. Left my room number and she wrote it down. Came home, they hadn’t cleaned. I called down and asked for the following day to have the room serviced. She apologized and said she promised it would happen the following day. She said heads will roll if it doesn’t. I said if it doesn’t it won’t matter anymore because my 4 day stay ends on Sat. I told her I paid over $900 for this visit expecting a clean room with good service. We’ll I didn’t get it and again nobody refreshed the room. When I checked out nobody even bothered to ask how my stay was.

The hotel, located back of lot with a jacuzzi size swim pool was clean. We gave notice on check in wanted 5 days not 6. The hotel said ******* should pay us.. ******* said hotel. ******* was right. We left early and our room was totally made up for a new client when we used the bathroom. Funeral was over. They kept of money. Not good p r.

Hotel staff were all great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel feels new, the room was great, had a whole kitchen and every necessity right there. Convenient location, close to lake and downtown. My only complaint was the bathroom, it definitely was not cleaned properly before we got there. There were obvious signs of usage like hair and dirt on toilet and tub. This is typically cleaned before the next guest but not sure if they had to clean in a rush and missed it. The rest of the room was very clean so I still had a pleasant stay. Beware that Wi-Fi seems to be free only for Hilton members and cleaning is only done by request. I would still stay here again, overall good experience.

Room front door would not close easily behind you, toilet was not secured to floor, but the staff was very friendly & nice. Construction had shaughty finishes.

Our stay was wonderful from check in to check out. The staff was so friendly, the room was very comfortable, nicely appointed and really really clean.
