雷丁-沙斯塔湖舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites Redding - Shasta Lake)

The hotel is nice and is super clean but those beds, ugh im still paying for it. They have to be the most uncomfortable beds that I have ever slept on. They're not hard, not soft, they feellike a super old mattress. This hotel is also next to the freeway and yes you can hear EVERYTHING. And those black out shutters dont even close.

They sold out before we could continue our stay without notification. We stay several weeks and without notice a knock on the door at 11:00 am. We were told we needed to check out as soon as possible. I understand that sometimes places get sold out that's totally understandable. But it was already 11:00 am time to check out when they told us. So there we had to scramble like crazy packing ng and finding a new place. My personal phone number was on file when I checked in. This place is beautiful and most of the workers are amazing. Overall I give this place a 4

I was told locals cannot rent. So if your house burns down in a wildfire, don't go here. If PG&E power is out like usual, don't go here. If you have any short term issue that you can't stay in your home, don't go here. Awfully selective for an average property with crap showers.

Room was decent. Worked for 6 of us. Would stay. Again because of that. Breakfast was sub-par, same with the beds. Wasn't the worst but couldn't say it's the best. If you have a big family and are staying a night or two I would recommend. But I would recommend with just a few cautions.

This hotel was well worth the money we paid. The price was reasonable for 2 people. Very comfy beds that let us have a great sleep. We've been on the road for almost 2 weeks and this hotel was the best so far. The breakfast was wonderful as well, many choices and even had an omelette!

Checkin was good no problems, but the hotel needs some updating and cleaning. Almost did not stay there, but a was so tried for traveling all day we. But left early in the morning and did eat their breakfast. We will not every stay there again and not sure if we will stay in a Comfort Suites!

The staff were amazing and made us feel comfortable knowing our extended stay situation while we patiently awaited our home to be ready to move in. Definitely would refer anyone to stay there.

The room was clean and spacious. The shower was nice, but the hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast was fair. The pool was clean and pleasant.
